the next morning, me and leah went down for breakfast. i sat with her and beth came over.

"hi hunnies" she said a little too cheerfully.

"why are you so happy" i said.

"why are you so grumpy" she said.

"it's too early to be awake" i said and took a spoonful of cereal.

"late night?" she wiggled her eyebrows and looked at leah.

"no" leah said.

sarina walked over.

"rosa and leah, can i speak to you after breakfast in my office" she said.

"yes boss" leah said and i nodded.

"well this isn't good" i said.

"oh god" leah said.

"it's okay le, you did nothing wrong" i said.

we walked to sarinas office and i knocked on the door.

"come in" she called.

we walked in. jordan was already sat there. i let leah sit on the other seat and i stood behind her.

"so it has come to my attention that there was an incident last night between you three girls" she began.

"jordan go first and explain" she said.

"we were playing some games, rosa got defensive over one of the questions and then punched me and held me against the wall" she said, leaving out all the important bits.

"that's not the whole story" leah butted in.

"okay leah. your turn" sarina said.

"um so jordan said something offensive to rosa. rosa did get defensive but that is completely understandable because of the insult from jordan. rosa punched her and she tried to punch back but i stepped in and took the punch. rosa got even more angry and held her against the wall and then walked off" leah said.

"okay rosa" sarina said. "what was it that jordan said to you"

"she was saying things about me being a disappointment to my parents. i tried to ignore it then she started calling my mum a bitch. i won't take any disrespect to my mum so i punched her. i admit it was the wrong thing to do in the moment but i couldn't help myself. then she punched leah, even though it was meant for me. that made me more angry that she hurt leah so i grabbed her and held her to the wall" i said. "i told her to stay away from me and leah and not say anything about my mum again"

"can i also say, this has been happening for a very long time. since my first call up, jordan has had it out for me. she's been wanting me gone for ages. she makes little comments and goes out of her way to cause me inconveniences" i said. "on just my second day, she called me derogatory words and tried to punch me. i've tried to ignore her and keep things civil for a very long time but last night was a step too far"

"okay. i think this situation was preventable. jordan should not have said those things and rosa should not have punched jordan, and jordan should not have retaliated" sarina said. "leah you can go now"

"can i not stay?" she asked. sarina shook her head and leah walked out. sarina gestured for me to sit in the chair.

she started typing something on her laptop.

"so we're going to have some disciplinary actions put into place here to make it very clear that we don't tolerate this kind of behaviour" she said.

oh god i better not get kicked out for this.
