me: le get ready, i'm picking you up in an hour x
le: where are we going x
me: little date. it's not very fancy so just casual clothes x
le: got it x

i arrived at leah's house with a bunch of flowers.

she opened the door and her hair was still wet.

"sorry i'm running a bit late" she said.

"it's fine take your time" i said. i kissed her cheek and walked in, handing the flowers to her.

she put the flowers in water and i followed her upstairs.

she sat in her chair and started drying her hair.

i took the dryer from her and grabbed her hairbrush. i brushed through her hair while drying it.

"have you got a bobble" i asked.

she got one and gave it to me.

i parted her hair and did a low bun with some strands out from the front. i kissed the top of her head and we got up.

"ready?" i asked. she nodded and i took her hand and went to the car.

i went around the car and opened her door for her before getting in on my own side.

i started driving and let leah control the songs.

i put my hand to her thigh as i drove.

we arrived at the arcades and went inside.

we played on lots of the games. i beat leah in air hockey 3 times and she started stropping about it.

we went on the basket ball machine and took turns. leah was pretty decent at it but i was better (not to toot my own horn)

"why are you so good at everything" she said.

"dunno im just the best" i joked.

"so humble" she laughed.

"i know" i said.

we walked around and did some other games. i bought her a slushy and then we went to the claw machine.

"these are so rigged" i said.

"can i have a pound please" she asked holding out her hand.

she looks so cute.

i sighed and placed a pound in her hand.

"i want that" she said pointing at a little bear with an arsenal kit.

"course you do darling" i laughed.

she put the pound in the machine and took her turns. she got close two times but never managed to get it. i stood behind her and watched her do it. i had my hands at her waist and my chin on her shoulder.

on her last try, she positioned it and was looking to see if all the angles were right. i moved the claw slightly to the right and placed a kiss to her neck.

"try that" i said.

she pressed the button and the claw went down and picked up the bear. it brought it to the drop box but before it reached, the claw opened and the bear fell. it was on the edge of the plastic barrier dangling over, about to fall.

"that's a piss take" i said.

i let go of leah and went to the side of the machine, giving it a little tip, lifting it ever so slightly, so the bear fell down.

leah got it out the bottom and came and hugged me.

"thanks ro" she smiled.

i put my arms around her waist and pressed my lips on hers.

leah had forgotten about her slushy and began to walk off to choose another game.

i grabbed her phone, bag and slushy and followed after her. i sipped at the cold drink as she chose to do the motorbike game.

i'm too good at this one. i gotta let her get at least one win.

we both sat on the motorbikes and chose our map and bikes.

we played it and i made sure to crash into things so leah could win.

she cheered and gloated as we got off.

"i literally made you win" i said, tired of her boasting.

"no you didn't your just bad" she said.

"babe i can literally ride a motorbike. how can i be bad?" i said.

"you ride a motorbike?" she asked.

"yeah. i sold it a little while ago so i could buy my car but i have a license so yeah" i said.

"that's so hot. how come you never told me?" she said.

i laughed and took her hand.

"food?" i asked.

"mhm"

we walked out and i noticed leah shiver so i put my jacket on her.

there was a burger and stake place around the corner so we went there.

we went in and sat down. we ordered burgers and waited.

"baby are you serious? plain cheeseburger?" i teased

"stop judging me" she said.

"no sauce or anything" i laughed.

"i'm not your friend" she huffed.

"oh no what will i ever do" i teased. "i don't need you to be my friend. your my girlfriend"

i wiggled my eyebrows at her and she laughed.

"your silly" she giggled.

"i love that laugh" i said.

"what's your favourite thing about me?" she asked.

"i love everything about you but i think i would have to say your eyes" i said. "your eyes are the most beautiful thing in the world. i wish i could stare into them for hours"

"what about you" i asked.

"your abs" she said.

"such a romantic" i laughed

"im only joking. it's definitely how you always make sure everything is okay with me before you do something. it's not like you have to but you just do and it makes me feel so happy that you care what i think" she said

"why are you looking at me like that" she asked.

"like what?"

"like that"

"im so in love with you" i said.

the food came and we ate it and then walked back towards the car.

"ro i want to ask you something" she said.

"what's up darling?" i said.

"would you move in with me" she asked nervously.

"i'd love that" i smiled.

we got in the car and i drove us back to leah's house.

we went inside and got sat on the sofa. leah came towards me and lay across my body.

i put on the tv and put my arms around her. i kissed her head.

after a while, leah started falling asleep.

"le should we go up" i said.

"hm?"

i picked her up and carried her upstairs. i helped her get changed and then changed into some of her clothes and got into bed beside her.

"goodnight pretty girl" i said and kissed the side of her head.

"night ro" she mumbled.

she shuffled closer to me and rested her head on my chest. i kissed her head and wrapped my arms around her.
