among us girls
i don't recall having a problem with my body when i was a kid. but maybe that was just because my body type was "acceptable" at that time. my mom was fat growing up, but i was slim. would i call myself skinny? no, not really. but people say i am now. anyway, being slim was admirable among us girls. i remember how they would boast about being slim and tease those that were fat. i don't think being really skinny was ideal then either, but i don't remember any girl getting teased because she was skinny or flat. in fact, girls with a big ass were teased too.•
"why do we know, but act like we don't?"
