Rudra was still reveling in the innocence of her presence when he left the hospital. He couldn't get her scent or visuals out of his mind. He loved the touch of her hands against his skin and the way her beautiful hair formed a halo around her like an angel. He was still upset at the way his little minx refused to acknowledge him as a man though. He knew that she was too young though - at the ripe age of 18, he questioned whether he should wait a little longer before he forces his presence on her. But he quickly smacked down the idea as he feared some other loser might snatch her away from him. In the meanwhile, he decided he would keep her under his watchful gaze and employ her in one of his hospitals. The Raghuvanshi Group of Hospitals are less well-known but that would still give him an excuse to order her around and have her in his presence. So, he called his PA and asked him to create an offer letter addressed to his love with triple the income she makes at Apollo - she would have no reason to deny his offer, or so he thought.

By the time Diya finished the surgery it was already 6:00 PM. She has been working in the hospital almost all day today as she didn't have any classes at her college today. She was exhausted but felt fulfilled as the surgery was successful. She loved her job, and she loved the hospital and the many patients it had even more. Once she was done, she took off her surgical masks and suit to reveal a beautiful but simple traditional Indian dress underneath and made her way home. Before entering her house, she has a habit of checking her mail everyday, so as usual she opened the mailbox and casually glanced at the mail when a small envelope addressed to her caught her attention. It's from the Raghuvanshi Group of Hospitals. She checked the rest of the mail to see if there was anything else addressed to her while covering up the Raghuvanshi letter under her chunidhar. If her parents saw that mail, there would be a lot of questions, which she wouldn't be able to answer, as she wasn't even allowed to work at a hospital.

She went inside her house, greeted her mother and went straight to her room to open the envelope and see what it was about. She saw that it was an offer letter and contained  triple the income she currently makes. "This must be a scam," she thought. Moreover, she hadn't even heard of the the name "Raghuvanshi" before. Besides, she was more than happy at the hospital she works in and loves her co-workers. Although it's nowhere close to the income that she got offered, she makes 6-figures and it is more than enough of her. Thinking it was a scam and not caring either way if it's not a scam, she ripped up the offer letter into pieces, before continuing on with her work.

Rudra, on the other hand, was excitedly waiting for Diya's call and told his PA to directly connect her with him when she decides to accept the offer. There's no reason to not accept it he thought arrogantly. But, he waited for the whole day and still didn't receive a call. He called his PA and desperately asked him whether he has heard back from her yet, but he denied, making him disappointed. Maybe she just hasn't looked at the offer letter yet, he thought to himself. So, he waited until the next day but still didn't receive a call. Now, he started questioning himself. Maybe the offer didn't look so attractive. If that's the case, he would be more than happy to double or triple it again. So, he ordered his PA to see him as soon as he was at work the next day. The PA quickly came into his presence and he told him to call Diya right in front of him. If she wasn't going to accept it soon, he was going to pressure her into accepting it through his PA.

Diya was in the middle of a class when she received a phone call from an unknown number. Thinking it was just a scam call, she declined it and went back to listening to her lecture. Now, Rudra was getting frustrated. His love rejected the call in less than a second. So, he waited for about an hour before yelling at his poor PA to give her another call. This time, Diya was out of her class, and acknowledged the number that was calling her was the same one that interrupted her during class. So, she picked up the phone and answered "Hello?" to which the Rudra's PA replied, "Hi, is this Ms. Shah? I am calling to see if you have received our offer letter ma'm?" Diya, then understood this must be the scam offer letter she received yesterday and confirmed her suspicion by asking them if this was the Raghuvanshi Group of Companies. Then, she asked them how they got her number. Both Rudra and the PA were speechless now. They didn't know how to answer that question as they found her number by stalking her. Rudra, then wrote down a reply on a piece of paper and the PA replied in Rudra's words "We have our ways." Diya was now getting angry - "that is probably the sketchiest thing I've heard throughout this conversation" she replied. Since she had to run to another class, she decided to cut to the chase and say: "Look, I know this is just a scam and I am not interested. Please just leave me alone." With that, she cut the call and ran to her next class.

Rudra was fuming at this point. He missed his chance to get his love working under him and it's all due to his stupid PA who couldn't think on his feet. He took his anger out on the PA and kicked him out of his office. He soon sat down and decided to think of another way to get his love to accept the offer. Suddenly, he got a more attractive idea. Why give her a call and only listen to her voice when I can pay her a visit and lay my eyes on her beauty while listening to her sweet honey-like voice? With that, he decided to visit her in-person so that she knows they are legit and would pressure her into accepting his demands. There would be absolutely no way she would be able to deny my charmingly good looks, he thought, as he decided to pay her a visit at the hospital the next day.
