Number 1 fan?!

Hindi ako na-inform na may fanbase na ako at siya iyong pinakauna. At alam kong nagbibiro lang ang lalaking iyon.

Halos hindi ako makatulog buong gabi kung anong ibig niyang sabihin. He's probably making fun of me. Hindi pa nakakatulong na inooverthink kong narinig niya iyong sinabi ko noong nag-voice live ako.

I should be taking a nap right now, but I just can't because that Davin guy keeps popping into my head. Even when I close my eyes, he won't leave me alone. That's how strong his grip is.

I mean, sure, he has got a charming face. That was the first thing I noticed about him. Nothing more, nothing less. But with the way he messes around, I can't let myself fall for that.

"Ang aga-aga, lukot 'yang noo mo." That was Edorina's comment about me. We were back at the coffee shop again, even though it was still early in the morning. And because of what he said, I instinctively fixed my expression.

What's happening to me, exactly? Hindi na naman ako mapakali.

"Edo, anong sasalihan mong club mamaya?" I asked, changing the topic.

"Sa Dance Club, of course." Kinindatan niya ako dahilan para mapatango ako. "Ikaw ba? Puwede ka sa banda! Tumutugtog ka naman dati, e, kaya go na!"

I quickly looked away, still undecided about whether I should join a club at school. Honestly, I didn't really want to. For one, I had no close friends there, and the thought of socializing with new people made me anxious.

It's exhausting, really, especially since I was never the type to enjoy those things.

Besides, if I did get accepted into the band, we would definitely have to perform in front of a crowd. And that? That wasn't exactly my thing. Not anymore.

At isa pa... natatakot pa rin ako.

There's no way I could ever forget the humiliation I went through back in junior high when I was still an active performer.

I used to be part of the band and music club, loving every moment of it. Until that one person, the one I thought would always support me, ended up being the one who embarrassed me... the most.

"Titignan ko muna." I took a sip on my coffee.

Some of our subject teachers didn't attend our class anymore since most of them were busy organizing the school. Everyone was busy with their own thing. Meanwhile, I just wanted the day to be over, so I didn't bother stressing myself about any of it.

Nakaupo lang ako sa seat ko at nagpo-phone. Usually talaga kapag ganitong walang teacher at walang ginagawa ay natutulog ako. Pero bakit hindi man lang ako dalawan ng antok?

"Red, may naghahanap sa 'yo!"

I straightened my back as I gave my classmate a puzzled look. Nakakagulat lang na marinig ko ang pangalan ko at may naghahanap sa akin.

Sino naman ang taong naghahanap sa 'kin ngayon?

Ni wala nga akong ka-close dito sa school, tanging si Edorina lang talaga, at ang kakambal kong si Renzler. Puzzled, I stood up from my seat as I walked towards the door. As soon as I went outside, mas lalong nangunot ang noo ko sa taong nag-aabang sa akin.

"Rio?"

Namula yata ako bigla dahil sa lalaking 'to. He's Orion, Rio for short. I once had a crush on him during our junior highschool days, siguro noong Grade 7 'yon. I even confessed my feelings for him that time but he only ended up rejecting me because he only sees me as a friend.
