Dilli kya ghumau use?

Krish said he'd pick me up at 2 tomorrow.

He has already seen all the minar's, forts, tombs of Delhi. I have something totally different planned for him. A trip down the memory lane.

I wore black straight leg jeans and a cropped white full sleeve sweater.

I put my hair in a ponytail and let my curtain bangs loose on the side.

Somehow, Krish told my mom before he told me that he'll be taking me out today.
Just after the call ended, my mom asked me 'did Krish talk to you about taking you out tomorrow yet?'

Like? What?

At exactly 2'o clock, the doorbell rung. I opened the door and Krish was standing right there.

He wore a white linen shirt with 2 buttons undone and-

What's happening to me?

"Arey Krish, you're here right on time beta. Come sit" My mom said and opened the door wide enough.

Krish stepped inside "Thankyou, aunty. I don't think Anika was planning on either getting out or letting me in"

He smirked at me. He noticed.

"I was actually planning on sending you back" I said.

"Haha" He mocked.

My family was sitting in the living room. They never do that. Were they waiting for Krish? Oh my god, these traitors!!

"Would you like to have lunch with us Krish?" My dad asked and put the newspaper he was reading aside.

He never reads the newspaper. What the-

"No thankyou uncle, I was actually here to pick up Anika"

'Oh yeah, they're aware' I thought in my mind.

"So" He stood up from the couch "If I have your permission, may I steal her for one afternoon?" He said very politely.

Tanmay was sitting beside dad, with a novel in his hand. He hates reading.

"Take her for as many afternoon's as you want, it's okay if you don't bring her back home too" He said with a very sincere look.

"Tanmay" I said "Shut up"

Krish and I left my house and I saw his car standing on the street. It was a BMW M2, the 2023 version.

I was about to open the door when Krish quickly stepped between the door and me and opened the door for me.

I didn't look at him when he did because I know I was blushing.

He did a little jog back to his side of the seat and put his seat belt on as he sat.

"Well, Miss Sharma" He said and put a hand on the steering wheel "Where to?"

I smirked at him.

We were currently standing outside of the school we used to go to.

It brings back so many memories.

Half my life was spent in this school but Krish moved away when he was in 4th grade. I know he might not remember much, but at least some things.

He was looking at the building and didn't say much when we got out of the car.

We entered in.

It was way past the dispersal time and only the teachers should be there.

We were entering the school through ground and looking at the ground now, the breathless memories flashed before me.
