Chapter 7

The trio managed to get ready in under two hours. Nigel and Blair had taken the longest to get ready. Andy had managed to shower and threw on a pair of loose jeans, a black printed tee and a black skater hat. She pulled out the liquor and had become rather buzzed before the other two had joined her in the kitchen. She had taken a few shots of Sailor Jerry rum, chasing it with some coke.

Nigel followed Blair into the kitchen, both of them eyeing the jug of rum and then looking to Andy. “So nice of you to start without us.” Blair commented before grabbing the shot Andy had in her hand, and knocking it back. Andy just smiled her drunken smile and retorted. “Well if you beauty queens hadn’t taken so long, I wouldn’t have started without you.” She snatched her shot glass back. “That is MY shot glass thank you very much.” It was true. Andy always used the same shot glass when she was drinking rum. It was frosty blue color with a skull and crossbones, which fit perfectly with the theme of drinking rum.

“Well then get me and Blair a glass, you liquor hog!” Nigel snickered as he grabbed a bottle of flavored vodka from the cabinet above the fridge. “Fine.” Andy rolled her eyes, going to the cabinet that held all their cups and their collection of shot glasses on the top shelf, grabbing two down. She handed Nigel a rainbow colored shot glass and handed Blair a glass that was a metallic pink that read ‘Bitch’. “There you go Blair, your favorite glass.” Andy smirked. Blair flipped Andy off playfully. “Well as the queen bitch I order you both to help me get this mother fuckin’ party started!”

Nigel grabbed her shot glass and poured them both some vodka. Andy watched as the two of them took a few shots back to back. Andy knew her limit when it came to drinking, and with how quickly she had had the three shots of Sailor Jerry, she knew she needed to slow it down. Tonight would be a marathon of drinking, not a sprint. Andy sipped on her coke and giggled, watching her friends’ faces after each shot they had. Blair always managed to scrunch up her face and shake her head after every shot. After the third shot, Blair grabbed Andy’s coke from her hand to have a drink from it. “Hey...” Andy tried to protest but with no luck. After Blair finished, she handed it back to Andy. “Sorry, I really needed that fucking taste out of my mouth.” Andy finished off what was left of the coke, washed out the glass and left it in the sink.

“So where do you ladies want to go for dinner?” Andy asked, folding her arms as she leaned against the counter. “I am not a lady.” Nigel protested and then shrugged. “Well, not tonight anyway.” He said with a cheesy smile, which made both of the girls bust up laughing. “Well Blair, since you’ve been gone so long, where do you want to go?” Nigel turned his attention to the fit blonde who had cleaned up rather nicely. Her normally straight hair was now curled into loose ringlets, which rested on her collar bones, framing the white gold necklace with a diamond pendant that lay perfectly in the middle of her chest. Her black and white strapless dress, hugged her curves in all the right places, stopping a few inches before her knees. Her high heels lifted her up to Andy’s height and showed off her recently manicured toes.

Andy’s hazel eyes looked Blair up and down while waiting for her response. Damn she’s hot. Andy thought to herself. Andy had always thought her type to be brunette, but her weakness was a woman’s legs, and Blair’s were being shown off quite nicely by her dress. Andy could not help from staring at her tan toned legs. “Hello? Earth to Andy.” Blair started waving her hands, which brought Andy back from wonderland. “What? Yeah?” Andy shook her head and looked up into Blair’s green eyes. “I said, are you okay with Kyoto, that Japanese restaurant?” Andy nodded her head. “Sounds fantastic.” She smiled, and then looked over to Nigel. Nigel had put on a lavender button up shirt and a pair of gray slacks, which made Andy look down at herself. “Am I under dressed?” She looked up at the two with a curious look on her face. Nigel smiled and shook his head. “No honey, you look fine. Besides, you’re a lesbian, you can get away with dressing down.” He joked.
