Swimming
Soobin wasn't a fan of swimming, and Beomgyu knew that.
So then why THE FUCK ARE THEY IN A BOAT WHO KNOWS HOW FAR FROM SHORE?!?!
Beomgyu looked around; Soobin seemed a bit uneasy, Taehyun was chillin, Kai looked excited, and Yeonjun looked.. Unreadable. He sighed, he didn't know what to do. Soobin can't swim due to his wings in his fairy form, and he just never learned for his human form. The elf has tried to teach him before... Though gave up after a few minutes, considering Soobin was being stubborn. So now here they are out in the ocean, knowing what to come at any time now. "Alright," The boat was sent into a halt, to which grabbed the others' attention. "Let's stop here, should be deep enough." Yeonjun said, dipping his hand into the cold ocean. Oh yeah, did you know sirens can also feel sound waves in the ocean?
"So..." Here we go.. "What are we doing here exactly?" The fae was now looking way more uneasy, but also confused. To be fair Yeonjun did lead them here, after that conversation with Ashley (and the calf) Yeonjun seemed off. "Well for a swim of course.. Just gotta see something is all. You guys are fine with that right?" The siren was now sitting at the edge of the boat, waiting for the others to respond. "Oh... No no that's fine... Uh-" "Soobin can't swim."
"....I'm sorry.. What?" Yeonjun turned around to the others, with a face that clearly says 'You being for real?'. "Yeah Soob can't swim, it's so sad." "Heuning you are not being helpful right now." "Soobin you gotta tell the truth eventually. Besides, I don't get why you forced yourself to come along when you could've just stayed at the cabin- or at the shore at least." The angel said, causing the others to nod in agreement. Soobin sighed, "I only came along because I thought we weren't gonna end up here." "Okay point taken" Yeonjun sighed, clearly not wanting to hear anymore. He fell backwards into the water without warning, causing the others to jump at the sudden action.
"Jeez man you don't gotta go in like that now." The elf also jumped into the water, following Yeonjun. "Uh- 'Gyu where are you going?" "With Yeonjun, you three can stay here, don't die!" Yep he's gone too. Taehyun sighed, knowing that they couldn't stop him anyway. It's just Beomgyu. "Soobin you look pale." "HE SAID NOT TO DIE!" " AS A JOKE- oh my GOD." Taehyun slumped in his seat, this was gonna be a long night.

Yeonjun and Beomgyu emerged out of the water into the same cavern they were at before. Who knew there was a way under water to get in as well. "You know you didn't have to come with me.. Right?" The siren turned to the taller male, who just smiled in response. "I didn't want to be with them honestly, I knew an argument was gonna start. I need a way out from it." Beomgyu got out the water, following the siren. "So what or who are we looking for?" No response. "Don't ignore me." Again, no response. "Yeonjunniiieeeeee. Answer me- Woah." Beomgyu looked around in shock, surprised at the site given in front of him.
A crystal cave.
"Woah.. This is cool." The elf's eyes shimmered, he has never seen anything like this. Let alone knew that this cavern was actually full of crystals. Yeonjun turned to the other; "We are looking for Nene." Nene? "Wait- Who's that?" Beomgyu turned to the older with a now confused expression. Nene? He has never heard of someone like that nor met anyone with that name. "You'll see."
The pair walked around for a bit, admiring the small and huge crystals that were all over. With bright colors of pinks, blues, whites, and hues. It was a beautiful site to witness. Yeonjun halted to a stop, squatting down by a pond of water that was literally glowing. Beomgyu stood behind him confused, waiting for something to happen. "Hey, I know you did it. Why don't you come out hm?" The siren said in a calming tone, seems like this Nene person was also a siren- at least to what Beomgyu thought. A shadow could be seen in the water, getting closer and bigger- to which is not what the elf expected. The figure finally reached to the top, poking it's head out and-

That is not a siren, it was way different. The figure was fully black with the only color on it being teal, pitched black eyes with small glowing white pupils, the eyelashes and hair were a deep teal color, the teeth being as sharp as Taehyun's fangs, and HUGE. Beomgyu has never seen anything like this- he stumbled back in fear, not wanting to get too close. Hell what if it EATS HIM? The elf was brought back from his thoughts from Yeonjun's voice. "Hi Nene, nice to see you again. Mind if I ask you a question?" The siren spoke, still in a calm tone. HOW WAS HE NOT SCARED?- "Beomgyu this is Nene, she's a sea monster. Don't worry she doesn't bite, she's just shy." Yeonjun reassured the other, to which worked as the elf calmed down. Beomgyu got closer, now seeing her better. He had to admit she was scary, but also very pretty..?
"Now then, did you happen to save a girl from drowning before you called me?" The siren finally asked, though the response was unexpected. "Mhm... Oh and hi there... Uhm.. Beomgyu..?" Her was calm, quiet and soothing, which ended up with Beomgyu being taken aback. "Ah so it was you. I wanted to make sure is all, though you did scare her a bit." "Oh I did?! Jeez I'm so so so so so sorry.. I knew she would be I shouldn't be surprised-" "Nene! It's alright. Things happen." Damn she overthinks a lot huh. Though the elf understood why, she was a sea creature- a monster. It would make sense considering how intimidating she looked, hell if she really wanted to she could kill you in seconds. "Let Yeji know I'm alright, I'll come by tomorrow." The siren stood up, patting Nene on the head to which was received with a small hum from her. "Will do.... Stay safe.." Nene smiled at the two males, before heading back under water.
"Alright, let's get out of here ey?" "Yessir!"

They seemed to make it back just in time before Soobin and Heuning ended up in a real fist fight. "AY! What the fuck are you guys doing?!" Beomgyu got back into the boat, with Yeonjun following along. "Sorry, was just telling this BIATCH to not be a crybaby and try again with swimming." Kai replied, clearly referring to the fairy who gasped at such comment. "How DARE YOU! YOU DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW IT FEELS!" The fairy yelled back, Taehyun was asleep. Nice one Terry. "Alright alright, stop fighting you two or else we'll throw you both into the water." Beomgyu said, annoyed with the two and he just got there too. "Damn I can see why you didn't wanna be here." Yeonjun whispered to the elf, turning on the motor of the boat. Beomgyu sighed in response, "Let's just go." Yeonjun started steering the boat back to shore as the two continued to bicker.
Man this was gonna be a long night huh?

ALSO NENE IS RELEVANT- Nene is an OC character of mine and i just wanted to add her in because its canon that she is indeed a sea monster/creature. shes abt 10 ft in height so i though it was perfect.
She wont show up much but trust me you will see her again!!!
