Heavy.
Heavy like the waves of the ocean,
The waves clashing against rocks.
With a deep blue hue,
Under the night sky,
That's when the attack
Will arise.
He didn't know what they were doing, why they were out so late. The trees and bushes felt big and claustrophobic, with the more they walked the small the path got.
Catching up to the other wasn't easy too. He can't fly compared to the fae, therefore having to chase after him.
The fae already made it to the shore, he just stood there waiting for the other.
The siren kept running, though however.
Crack!
He tripped.
The fae turned around at the sound, flying back in to see what happened.
"Ow.."
Yeonjun layed on the ground, a small log behind him; the one he tripped on. He let out a small chuckle as the fae flew over.
"You alright?"
"Yep! No need to worry. "
Soobin let out a sigh of relief as he watched the other get up, only to stumble back down a bit.
"Oh... "
"You sure you're alright?"
"Yeah, I've been through worse. "
Yeonjun got up again, dusting of his pants and hands. He and Soobin made their way to the shore after a minute.
Yeonjun let out a sigh, looking at the ocean with unblinking eyes. The moon reflected off the water, the waves swayed at the cool breeze. Small shells could be seen getting picked up by the slow waves, the waves had a calming sound to them as well. Nothing seemed wrong.
Soobin flew around, looking for any signs of anyone other than them. Though nothing came into sight. He flew back to shore, landing on the cool sand.
"Anything? "
"Nope."
Yeonjun hummed at the other before moving close to the water.
"You sure that's a good idea? "
"What else can we do?"
".. Fair. "
The siren tied up his hair and took off his shirt, he needed something that would atleast help him dry off anyway. Taking off his shoes he walked into the shallow waves. He turned back to the fairy, who nodded. And with that he jumped in.

The water is dark, small creatures roam throughout. A normal human wouldn't be able to see at all, not even the slightest of movement would be in sight.
