I was currently helping Izzy set up the bounce houses because today was my mom's and aunt Sidra annual back to school block party.
"David baby can you set up the pop corn machine over by the drive way? And the cotton candy and snow cones machines next to them?" My mom asked.
"Yea I gotchu"
After all the stuff was set up we all went or separate ways to get ready
"Daddy I hungry" Chanel said as I buckled her in.
"Okay what you want to eat?" I asked getting in looking at her through the rear view mirror.
"Chic fil a me want nuggets." She said kicking her legs happily.
"Okay chic fil a it is." I said pulling off.
After getting us something to eat I headed home so I could get was ready.
Making It home I grabbed Chanel and the food. Making it to the door I set Chanel down so I could let us in. Once we was in she ran inside and I went to set the food down on the island in the kitchen.
"Come eat Chanel." I called out. Hearing her little running toward me I told her to slow down and picked up her sitting her in the chair and putting her food infront of her.
"Tank you." She said putting fries in her mouth.
Once we was done eating I went and picked her out something to wear. I grabbed a pink and white Nike shirt with the pants to match.
"Come on princess we gotta get you dress" I said.
By the time we was both dress and ready it was going in 4:30 and the block party had already started. We got in the car and pull off towards my mom's house. It was only 5 minutes away.
Pulling up they opened the gate so I could pull through to park in my mom's driveway.
"MANI" chanel yelled almost jumping from my arms. Letting her down she ran toward Imani hugging her legs.
"Hey Nelly Pooh." Imani said picking her up.
"Wussup ma." I said looking at her licking my lips. She looked good.
"Hey messiah." She said looking at me smiling.
"Daddy I want my face painted." Chanel said
"Okay baby hold on." I said
"Hey bro" I said dapping Trigga up.
"What's good my nigga. What's up Mani" he said giving her a side hug.
"Wussup where benji and Leah?" Mani asked still holding Chanel.
"They should be over by the face painter." He said pointing where they was
"Okay come on Nelly let's go get face painted." She said walking over towards Leah and benji.
"Where Izzy?"
"In the house I think."
Walking towards the house I walk through the door.
"Hey Dave baby" my aunt Sidra said giving me a side hug cause she was carrying a box.
"Hey aunt Sid you need some help?" I asked
"Naw I got it ya cousin should be in the living room." She said then walked out the house.
"What's up bro wussup Og " I said walking in the living seeing Izzy help my uncle Jon.
"David baby take this outside for me." My moms said pushing a box into me.
