Zola always tried to be optimistic. She said that her mothers life was dark enough for her to be too. But it wasn't always enough. She sometimes get depress because her father was gone but she always said "things happen for a reason". Her mother always try to give her everything that she wanted. Her mother tried to bake, and to make her Halloween costumes for scratch. Her mother was a busy woman and she know that and she was grateful to see her at every dance recital and in every graduation. She was a real mother. Well Zola herself was happy and shiny how her mother describe her. But her mother always said that being bright and shiny is best quality that a person could ever have. Zola was a straight A type of girl during high school and college. She went to Yale to study medicine. Her best friend is still Sofia. They went to college and medical school together. Those two were inseparable. She was going to make her internship at Mass Gen and not in Grey-Sloan because she didn't want for everybody to think she was favor because practically her whole family was there. She was going into Mass Gen until her mother began an early stage of Alzheimer. Her mother was always there for her and now she needed to be there for her. So she threw everything up and started her internship. Her mother was still in an early stage so she could still do paperwork so she stuck around the hospital. Zola's secret keeper was Alex. He was always there for her. She loved her aunt Cristina but she was dark and twisty and that better fit her sister Ellis. Her uncle Alex get her better. Emma and Michael that were uncle Alex's twins said he gave crappy advice but for Zola his advice was the best. She begin her internship with Sofia that moved with Seattle with her. When they were finally 5th year residents Zola chose Neuro. She just had a special gift to it. Her mothers Alzheimer stopped on stage II so she still could remember who Zola, Bailey and Ellis were. But her favorite topic to talk about was dad. Every time a song from "The Clash" sounded on the radio her mother smile because she remember that was his favorite band or when Zola had a patient with a spine tumor almost exactly as the one on the wall. Zola always was a little sad that her mother didn't move on with another man. In the other part she was happy that her mother loved her dad so hard that she was loyal to him for an eternity.
In medical school she said with her best friend Sofia that she wasn't going to date until she was an attending but that changed when she met Tuck Bailey. He usually see him in family reunions but they never really talked. It wasn't until a passionate kiss on the scrub room after a great surgery when she was a resident and he was an attending that blew her mind. They started dating and everything was perfect until...
Hi! Sorry for the late update. This past few weeks were insane. Between exams, MUN, theater plays and homework I haven't had a single free day. But my last day of school is on Tuesday so I will be uploading more often. I decided to write the biography of all the kids that Grey's Anatomy has (Sofia, Zola, Bailey, Ellis) and the ones that I have created (Lily, Ethan, Mark, Belle and the new twins Emma and Michael). Later I am going to start writing of how they work in the hospital and all the ships I have in mind
