What he said confirmed that he was the guy she woke up with this morning. This made her look straight at him. He was sitting so close to her she could see every detail of his face including the moles at the bottom of his lip, his nose, and cheeks. He also looks so young, was he really born in 97? He looks like he's in his early twenties at the most. Oh please, let that not be true, she was horrified by that thought. It wasn't just his age that scared her but how she had broken every rule she had set since she met him. Being drunk is not an excuse to break her promise about having Philip as the only man in her life.

So why are my hands shaking and  my heart racing so fast  just because he's sitting next to me? She didn't like this one bit.

Leila had to rebuild the fences that crumbled when she met this guy last night. She needs to keep him away from her and vice versa.

"Can I be honest with you?"

"Sure." He replied.

"I was seriously drunk last night and I have zero memory of what happened. Whatever I did that led to what we did, was because of the alcohol's influence. I don't have any intention of..." The wind blew as she spoke, messing up her hair. A few strands got stuck on her lips and before she could lift her hand to remove it, his hand was already there doing it for her. The simple action made her hold her breath and her body temperature turn up.

No freaking way, she told herself, as she denied that he had that kind of effect on her. This giddy feeling she was having was just an old memory she thought she'd never have again. That made her forget what she was about to say next.

"You don't have any intention of what?" He asked softly as his gaze went from her eyes down to her lips.

Leila blinked her eyes a few times as she tried to refocus her thoughts. She's getting too distracted  by what his eyes were doing to her.

"I don't have any intention of uh," focus Leila she screams at herself. Justin's tongue darts out of his mouth and licks his bottom lip completely distracting her. Her eyes followed his tongue's movement and she knows she's losing the battle with herself.

"I don't have any intention of," She knows she sounds like a broken record as she keeps on repeating herself over and over. She forgot for a moment what she was about to say and when she did remember, she said it so fast she didn't even get to filter the words that came out of her mouth.

"making the same mistake again."

Justin froze from his spot as soon as he heard her speak. He then slowly nods his head as he looks away silently chewing on his lower lip. It took him a long time before he finally spoke.

"Mistake." He mumbles to himself before scoffing. "What you're trying to say is that the reason why you went with me last night was only because you were drunk."

Leila isn't oblivious to how offended he looks. She never thought he's the kind of guy who would be having this kind of reaction. She thought he'd get mad or laugh at her, maybe even ask  her who the hell does she think is she to say that?  He could point out to her that he could get women three times much better than her because he totally could with his looks. But he stayed quiet the whole time after his last statement.

"I made a rash decision, I'm sorry. The island is full of women who'd be a better choice for you than me."

"Well, it seems like you've already decided for me. I don't want to bother you anymore then." Justin leaves her side without looking back at her.

Leila felt awful for what she just did but she had to do it.

Jungkook's POV

Ever since he had woken up and found himself alone in his room, he couldn't get himself to stop thinking about her. He didn't get to look for her right away because he had to do a video meeting with his manager. It was about his last few schedules when he gets back from this short vacation and before he finally fulfills his service in the military.
