Remember's POV:
I was nervous.
And by nervous, I mean that my hands were shaking frivolously and I couldn't think correctly.
"It's going to be fine Remember." Caiden reassures me, putting both of his hands on my shoulders. This calmed me down only a little bit.
I was glad that he said yes to going to the party with me, Maddie should be at my dorm in a few minutes. She said something about 'getting things together', whatever that meant.
"I hope that you're right."

[ Maddie ]
I've been pacing back and forth between my room. Trying to see how this is all going to go.
My hands slide over my phone, I was contemplating about whether or not I should cancel this whole party thing. But Tyler's really over-sentimental and he really likes Remember but she's in a relationship with Caiden.
This was all confusing me, so I just gathered up the small bursts of courage that I had left and finally left my room.

Remember's POV:
"This is weird!" I say over the loud music playing. My arms covering my ears as Caiden laughed at my reaction.
"There's your friend."
I turn to see where he was looking and see Maddie with Tyler. Panic starts to flood into my mind and I go behind Caiden - as childish as the gesture was - and hid.
Maddie pouted and muttered something to Tyler, to which he responded with equal disappointment.
After panic comes guilt and I slowly peek around Caiden's back and sigh.
"Sorry about that." He shrugs and tells me that he's going to go and talk to some of this friends.
"Hey Remember!"
It's Tyler.
