[ Maddison ]
Tyler doesn't talk to me for a long time, and I start to worry - but then I remember what he did.
"You're going to have to face him one way or another, Mads." My face scrunches up in disgust.
"Please don't call me that." Adelaide - a friend - shrugs.
"I have a test to study for in the morning, I'll talk to you later. Good luck with your brother." She mutters the last bit, leaving my dorm room in silence.
I suck in a breath and stand up, pacing back and forth.
He attacked my friend. I'll never forgive him for that. But the thought knowing that I'll eventually have to, scares me.
