The call.

"I want y'all to meet someone, I just have a Lil crush on him, we met at a common tutor's class, best part is, he is the same age as us", Lia said in one breath

"Breathe dude, we are going nowhere chill", I said calming her down

"Yes we are VERY excited to meet him, I mean talk to him" Rue sarcastically said as if we were even excited.

What has quarantine brought us into, it's August and 10th graders should be finished with their syllabus till now but here we are playing a stupid game called among us.

"He is here guys"

"Hey" "hey" we were really 'overwhelmed' meeting him.
( I mean talking to him)

We are half way into playing and he goes "Guys I gotta go"

We bid him goodbye in a very 'enthusiastic' manner of course,

"So did you guys like him?"

"You know what a picture could really help us to decide if we liked him or not"
I said,

"Or anyways it doesn't matter, you like him that's the whole point right?"
Said Rue

"Yea but- okay lemme sent you his picture" Said Lia

I was least interested to be even present there
But for the sake of our stupid friendship I was there.

"Eww" i exclaimed as soon as I saw what she had sent me,

"Wymb eww? I liked him, Rue approved" said Rue

"I mean if you like him then what should I say", I said in a dissatisfied voice.

"Anyways guys it's already 11pm I gotta go, byee"
Bidding them good bye i peacefully lounged into my couch and scrolled through my phone.
