Jungkook went home with a swollen and bruised face. He went inside his unit making his way inside the kitchen.

He went straight to the sink opening the faucet washing his face only to wince in pain because of how all of his face hurts with just a contact of water.

"Shit..."

He didn't even bother to dry his face up before walking back and forth in his unit. He stopped to look at his reflection in the mirror shaking his head a little.

There's a cut in his brows and lips. Also, little bruises on his cheeks and both of his arms have big scratches because of how hard he fell on the ground.

He deserves it though, he deserves all the punches that he got from Yoongi's brother. In a way, he also understands where is he coming from.

He just got the baby in their family pregnant at the age of sixteen. There is a lot more to Yoongi that was about to happen but he has to be in the way and delay the younger's way to success.

He exhaled and let himself fall to the ground, exhausted. He doesn't know what will he do today. Maybe, rest?

He shook his head and immediately got up, he needed to go to work or his salary would be deducted. He doesn't even earn enough for what Yoongi needs.

The vitamins and the milk that Yoongi needs to take are quite expensive and he doesn't want to get money from his parents for it. Yoongi is his responsibility, and he should stop being a lazy ass and start providing for him and their baby.

Jungkook let out a deep sigh walking inside his bathroom, he washed his face constantly whining because of the pain but he shrugged it off. He grabbed a generous amount of tissue and gently wiped his face with it.

Luckily, he saw the concealer that Yoongi left in his place last week. He used it to hide the bruises that he had but it is still noticeable- still, it's better than showing it bare.

He's a waiter in a restaurant that is an hour's drive from his condo unit. A lot of his co-workers are curious as to why Jungkook is working when he looks like he is financially well-off and his black ranger rover says it all.

He went out of the bathroom and jogged to pick up his phone continuously ringing, he furrowed his brows when he saw that it was his mother.

"Mom..."

He heard the deep sigh that escaped from his mother's lips. He ran his fingers through his hair waiting for her to speak up.

"Do you need me to increase your allowance, son?" She worriedly asked, "I heard you're working now." He said.

Jungkook took in a deep breath shutting his eyes closed, it spread out too fast. He doesn't have any plans to tell his mother about his job because he knows that she wouldn't approve of it.

She hates seeing him having a hard time. For her, the reason why they are working so hard is to give their son a comfortable life.

"No. Don't worry..."

It's as if Jungkook imagined how his mother is probably rolling her eyes right now.

"You are not used to that, Jungkook. Just focus on studying!" She said through gritted teeth.

Jungkook shook his head as if the lady could see her. She doesn't get it, he wants to have money of his own. He wants to support Yoongi financially with the money that he worked hard for not the one that came from his parents.

"Mom, I got someone pregnant. I am sorry for that and now I want to," He bit his lower lips, "I want to man up and support him with the money that I am working hard for." He explained.

"Oh, honey. I am just worried about you. Yes, you made a mistake. You are having a baby but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be focusing on school. You need to have a good future for your son so just quit that work of yours, okay? I can increase your allowance." She said in an encouraging voice.

"Mom, you are being so.. ugh! never mind." Jungkook ended the call already.

He fixed his hair and the collar of his black polo that had the restaurant's name on the side that matched his black slacks and black Gucci leather shoes.

He drove his way to the restaurant parking his car. He made his way out of his car while looking at his wristwatch nodding his head satisfied that he was just right on time.

He went inside the restaurant and walked towards the manager, they both went inside the kitchen and Jungkook immediately put his nametag on.

"What's that on your face?" The manager squinted his eyes, "You can't serve the customers with bruises on your face, Jungkook." He said with a stern voice.

Jungkook licked his lower lips looking around and seeing all of the staff so busy with preparing the food, taking orders, and washing the dishes.

"I can work inside the kitchen too, Mr. Lee." He insisted.

He doesn't want to just get back home and do nothing. He doesn't want to lose half of his salary just because of the fucking bruises that he has.

He saw that Yoongi's vitamins were already running out of stock but the younger refused to tell him when he asked if he still had one to take, that's why he was more eager to work now especially since Yoongi's parents were already here.

Jungkook had a little bit of hope when the manager looked around as if searching for something that he could do.

"Can you," He looks at Jungkook intently shaking his head, "Never mind. You probably don't even know how to do it." The manager said.

"What is it, Mr. Lee? I can do it."

"Can you wash the male's bathroom?" The manager asked.

Jungkook was shocked but he managed to hide it from the person standing before him. He manages to let out a small smile nodding his head, "I can! I will do that now!" He said.

Of course, he doesn't know how to do it properly but as long as he cleaned it that would be fine.

He put on a mask and rubber gloves grabbing the bottles of detergent and air freshener with the basket full of rolls of tissue.

He opened the male's bathroom and cursed loudly when he saw how dirty it was. Damn! What kind of restaurant is this to have this kind of restroom? He shook his head, he wouldn't ever pee in here if he was a customer.

He looked up shrugging his shoulders, this is easy, "Yes, for my child." He whispered.
