As they ran through the dungeon hall, Peter started to wonder just how the two kids managed to incapacitate all the guards earlier as the whole dungeon hall was full of them.

Some guards were heading their way, prompting Melody to use her magic to make them invisible by tapping intricate patterns with her fingers. Once invisible, the trio hugged the wall so the guards wouldn't bump into one of them.

The trio kept running when the guards left as Melody uncloaked them. They could soon hear the Queen Spirit and her advisor talking, so they carefully got down. They watched and carefully observed.

"Ma'am so are you certain about executing them soon?"

"Yes. The sooner, the better. With the dragon gone, that will be one less thing I'll have to stress over." stated the Queen Spirit.

"Grr... Why does she want to get rid of you so badly Peter?" Melody whispered.

Peter simply kept observing. "I don't know, kid... I don't know..." He sounded saddened for some reason.

Andy noticed this. "Peter, do you know something that you didn't tell us...?" He whispered.

"I'll tell you later..." was all he said.

They kept watching.

"Ma'am... If you don't mind me asking, what is holding your anger on that dragon?" The advisor, Claus, asked.

"Dragons are destructive monsters. He and his kind took my family from me. That dragon later had the nerve to come back into this kingdom." She was seething with anger. "He attacked me!" She moved her hair to show her blind eye.

Melody was starting to get angered by the Queen Spirit.

Claus looked saddened. "I know he hurt you but you hurt him too."

"I did what I had to do."

Andy was listening to the whole thing. He knew about the war that happened nearly a millennium ago. He noticed something though. Peter gently put a hand on Melody's head and whispered "Calm, child." He didn't even know Melody was getting angry.

Andy didn't want to think Peter could be the same dragon the Queen Spirit was angry at.

Peter noticed the Queen Spirit and the advisor had their backs turned so he led the kids towards the castle entrance.

Blissfully ignorant of the trio's presence, the Queen Spirit adamantly continues her discourse, ardently asserting that dragons are truly malevolent entities spawned from the fiery abyss.

Melody stopped in her tracks and then started towards the Queen Spirit with her head down. That was the final straw.

"Melody! What are you doing?! Come back here!" Andy yelled in a whisper.

Peter noticed and knew what was going on. He grabbed Andy's arm and carefully followed Melody.

"Why are you keeping distance from Melody instead of getting her?" Andy asked.

"I wouldn't ever want to be the poor soul to deal with an angry Melody," He said sounding a tad worried.

It was only then that Andy realized things were going to go from bad to worse.

Melody, still a ways from her, got the Queen Spirit's attention. "HEY!" She kept her head down, her fingers tapping in a slow rhythm.

The Queen Spirit looked furious. "How are you out of the cell?!" She said as she summoned her staff.

Melody's rhythm got stronger. Despite there not being an instrument around, music could be heard. It sounds malevolent, violent, and angry.

Peter and Andy tried to get to Melody to stop her and calm her down. When Peter saw a black and red aura surrounding Melody than her usual bright yellow, he stopped and forced himself and Andy back away from her.
