Scott found himself in a forest setting, surrounded by wet-leaved trees. He was fully aware this was a dream, but he was also confused. The concussion of him knowing he had been dreaming only happened when he met Ramona, did this have something to do with her? Scott looked up to see the bright moon shining with glistening stars floating near it. Only owls were out and he could hear crickets creak in the distance of the vast woods. He could smell a strong scent of wet grass as if it had just rained. His shoes were covered in mud. This dream was weird. More vivid than others.
Scott trudged through the mud as he walked into the dark forest ahead of him. Soon enough, he made it deep into the forest. Everything was dark and no more moonlight crept into the cracks of the woods. He starts to get a bit worried. "Hello?" Scott calls out. For some reason, he had a gut feeling someone was there. Watching him. No response. "Anyone?" Scott asked. It's still a deep silence. He signs as he walks through the wet muck below him and keeps calling out. Some time had passed before he heard a faint reply back. Scott didn't know what they said, but it was definitely a call. He continued to call while trying to sprint through all the mud. His face was full of concern as he tried to call out again, but it went blank.
He woke up, sweating as he sat straight up. Scott caught his breath as he looked over to see Wallace snoring soundly. He dismissed this and walked over to the bathroom. Scott locked the door, turned on the light, and carefully squinted as he looked at himself in the mirror. The same messy-haired guy. Scott sighed as he used his arms to balance himself on the sink. He slowly sunk down and rested his head on the sink.
It took a couple of minutes had passed by before Scott had decided on something. After that dream, he felt a sudden rush of eagerness. He knew that it would be impossible without any good clues, but he'd at least try. The plan was to go searching for Ramona. It had only been around a week since she had gone missing, but Scott didn't know how much more he could stand not being with her. He hated the feeling, but knew he couldn't deny it anymore. Scott looked back at what he had so far. The only clue he had was that she'd disappeared on a Saturday and was nowhere to be seen on the streets of Toronto.
He groaned as he tried to remember anymore clues that could lead him to her, but nothing came up. Scott picked his head up from the sink and squeezed his eyes shut, still trying to think of anything that would help him in that moment. After what seemed like forever, Scott could only think of one place that he'd last seen Ramona. The place they'd went on their date for. It had to have something there. Right? Scott reluctantly turned off the light to the bathroom and unlocked the door.
He walked into the kitchen to see Wallace already sleepily getting out of bed. The place now looked more trashier than he had remembered. Scott grabbed his keys from the counter and almost walked out before Wallace stopped him. "Scott," He began. "What is it now Wallace?" Scott asked, turning around. Wallace stared at him. "I mean if you wanna go in your underpants that's fine, next time, I won't let you know," Wallace laughed. Scott nervously looked down as he forgotten he had no pants on, nonetheless a good shirt. "Fuck you, Wallace," Scott grumbled. Wallace seemed to all most frown at the comment but he kept a smug face.

He walked up the flight of stairs, holding a firm grip on the railings. Scott wore his normal parka as he steadily panted, climbing up different steps. The sun was all the way up and this time, the beeping of cars and the roaring of engines seemed to be following Scott. It took him a good minute to finally get up all of the endless flights. Once he was at the top, he carefully studied exactly where he and Ramona had sat. Nothing. If he didn't know they had been here, he might've guessed this place was untouched. Scott tried desperately to look closer into the details, but it was a normal place. No odd things happening. Nothing magical. Something told Scott this wasn't normal. There should've been at least one clue here, but there wasn't. Just a sad area.
Scott hung his head in shame, trying to figure out another place he could look. Maybe, just maybe, he could find someone who knew something. Scott knew that was his only hope, but yet it was such a small grain of it. For some reason, his mind immediately went to Julie. She's Ramona's friend, Julie might know where Ramona actually is. That's the only other place Scott thought to look, so he made a decision and started to slowly walk down the flight of steps.
Little did he know that there was a singular green chip on the ground where the slab was.

Scott entered the coffee shop as he looked down at the ground. He walked over to the counter and waited for someone to attended to him. Scott knew that Stacey had a day off, so he had to be answered, unfortunately but also fortunately, by Julie. He waited there for five minutes before Julie walked over to him. She sighed as she gave him same glare she always did. "
What can I get you," she asked, annoyed. "You, know, I actually came to talk to you," Scott mumbled. "Scott, why would I ever want to hear what you have to say?" Julie asked harshly. "Well, you see," Scott began. "Ramona disappeared around a week ago I was wondering if you know her whereabouts?" He asked. Julie looked him dead in the eyes then went back to making something in the back. It was a while before she responded.
"No, I haven't seen her. But I have an idea why she disappeared," Julie groaned. "What?" Scott asked eagerly. "She wanted to get away from you. Your not exactly the easiest. Your a *Bleep* dumbass," She replied. "Stop doing that you your mouth!" Scott yelled. "Too bad, *beep* face!" Julie yelled back. Scott sighed before turning back to the door and exited.
"What's the whole point of this?"
