Wallace looked into the black void that Scott had called "a subspace highway". It seemed like nothing. The only thing Wallace could see was a door on the opposite side. "Where are you?" Wallace asked, surprisingly still on the phone with a panting Scott.

Scott did not answer this time. "Scott?" Wallace asked again. "SCOTT!"

"OH WHAT? HUH?" Scott finally responded. "What now, guy?!" Wallace yelled. "Sorry, well, uhm, I... You see..." Scott struggled. "What the hell are you saying," Wallace sighed. "ITS KINDA HARD TO CONCENTRATE HERE IF HES CHASING ME AND YOUR IN MY MIND RIGHT NOW!" Scott screamed. "WHO IS HE?!" Wallace yelled back. "IT DOESNT MATTER AND CAN WE STOP YELLING!" Scott shouted. Wallace sighed.

Why did he even like him nonetheless let him live with him.  Of course, Wallace knew all the answers to these questions. "Alright, fine. Where do I go," Wallace said, trying to sound calm. "Oh you know just, well, go through the borders of the area," Scott told him. "What kinda of fucking language are you speaking. Is it Greek?" He joked. "What. No," Scott groaned. Wallace rolled his eyes though he had no idea through the other side of the phone. "Guy, please just give me a specific idea of what to do!"

"So, the door is on the opposite side in a straight line, right?" Scott clarified. "Yes," Wallace answered. "Okay, now, your left and right should lead to infinite darkness, but for some reason you can't go there. Kinda like an invisible barrier in video games, like Son-" Scott said, beginning to drift off. "For the love of god no more Sonic talk right now," Wallace answered. "Right! So, that barrier, try to go through it,"

Wallace turned over to his right and walked over. When he touched it, it felt like a wall was there, but none where in sight. He put both of his hands on this abyss that surely had a wall, but it didn't work. His phone was on his shoulder and his head leaned on it so it wouldn't fall down into who knows what. "It's not working, bud," Wallace told him. "HOLY SHIT! OH, MY BAD JUST, KEEP TRYING," Scott yelled.

Wallace banged his head on the invisible wall and began doing so, while mumbling very quietly. After what seemed like forever, one of Wallace's hands began sinking in like if he was disappearing into quicksand. That seemed promising. Wallace began pushing his body into it and suddenly he was on the ground. He looked around, no door, no exit. This must've been the place Scott managed to get stuck in.

"I got in so-" Wallace said. He stopped midway through because he looked up and saw a ginger haired man running at full speed in the distance. It looked hilarious if you didn't know what he was running from (that included Wallace). He hung up the phone and began sprinting toward Scott. Unfortunately, Scott's a fast runner, which is probably the reason he's not dead yet. It took a good five minutes for Wallace to finally reach Scott who huffed at every step he took.

"Scott!" Wallace yelled. Still panting, Scott looked up "You *huff* made it," Scott replied in relief. "Okay, but what are we even running from," Wallace asked. "I'm *huff* not too *huff* sure *huff* myself," Scott told him. "I'm sorry, what," he replied. "Yeah- HOLY FUCKING HELL-" Scott yelled. Wallace was confused before he felt them both falling. The funny thing about infinite void is that you don't exactly know where your going. They then both fell to the black ground with a huge thump.

Wallace now knew why he heard *thumps* over the floor. He easily got up but Scott was unlucky. He's been running for too long and was literally fighting for his life. Wallace realized how long it took him to actually get there. He checked the timing on his phone. "Well shit," Wallace thought. He had taken over twenty minutes. "That surely can't be right,"

Scott used his arms to attempted to get up, but it was no use, he fell back to the floor. "Scott you have to get up," Wallace told him. "I can't!" Scott yelled. "Listen, we don't even know what we're running from, but I've heard noises from behind us and it didn't sound to promising. If we don't get up now, we might become lunch," He explained.

Before Scott could respond, something had fallen with them. When Wallace looked to see, it seemed, weird. The only thing visible was a silhouette, otherwise it was just apart of the void. It was horrifying, but it was even more scary to Wallace because he'd seen that thing before.

The exact reason he was afraid of what he learned. Slightly afraid from Scott.

It stood still. No movement for a whole before Wallace felt dizzy. He also fell to the floor. When he turned around to face Scott, he saw his roommate was closed eyes. The last thing visible was the feet of this creature before everything went black.

Wallace woke up on the ground. It wasn't the same void. It was a wooden floor. When he slowly looked up he saw the kitchen to their apartment. "Wait, what," Wallace thought. It confused him. Wallace tried to stand up but almost fell over again before someone caught him. It was Scott, but he looked worse than Wallace. Drowsy, tired.

"Do you know what happened?" Scott said, referring to the change in scenery.

Wallace simply shook his head with silence.
