Third Person P.O.V
It was the late hours of the day and the sun was starting to set behind the horizon, the people roaming on the streets remained exactly the same as they would in the day, a stark difference to the rest of the kingdoms who's nightlife where considerably more quiet than in the day. This possibility was provided by the revered security brought about by the atlesian military. On the floating island, there was no such worries for things like robbers or muggers, as anyone that was delusional enough to try would be quickly stopped and aprehended by the automated security that roamed the streets.
It was the closest thing to an utopia that Remnant currently had, with various technological marvels not just on weaponry, but transportation, medicine, architecture, and even basic convenience. But even this 'paradise' had its flaws, for starters, the bar of entry of Atlas from Mantle was intense, furthering the divide between the two populations. And secondly, despite there being little to no illegal activity on the streets, this was not the same as there being no illegal activity. The elite and sufficiently wealthy had many avenues to commit illegal activities, such as assassinations, slave labor, and such. Through these avenues sin and corruption permeated this seemingly perfect city, the ugly underbelly of the pristine "Flying City of Atlas".

"The Flying City of Atlas" was, like the name implied, a floating island-sized city above the City of Mantle, which was the former capital of the Kingdom of Atlas in the continent of Solitas. Said city now serves as the unofficial 'slums' of Atlas, a fact that while rarely ever acknowledged was ever present in the way the people of Atlas interacted with the people of Mantle, and contributed to the increasing divide between both populations.
The city of Atlas was hailed all throughout Remnant as being the most technologically advanced city in the world, largely in part because of the many great minds that inhabited it as well as the fact that after the Great War, the Warrior King imparted to the Kingdom of Atlas the duty of safekeeping the Relic of Creation, which to this day still powers the City of Atlas and keeps it floating as an infinite energy source. The true strength of the Relic being kept hidden by the previous incarnation of Ozpin.
