William's P.O.V

Walking on the dirt road, I look around at the humble wooden houses with snow covered roofs past the thick wooden walls that surrounded the village. It was the early hours of the morning so there were not a lot of people out there on the streets of Carnegie, other than farm workers that had to put considerably more time and effort due to the... let's just say 'uncooperative' environment. Walking around I did get some glances from the people that were awake at this hour, but definitely a lot less than I had expected. I guess that after an entire World War started over artistic expression, people would become more accepting of ゴゴbizarreゴゴ fashion.

In fact, the majority weren't even looking at my peculiar getup as much as they were looking at the big irons on my hip. Right, I bought a second firearm after my slaver confrontation, the classic God-blessed, tax-paying, Khan-killing NCR [Ranger Sequoia].

Speaking of my little massacre, after everything was dead and done I went back and brought the ex-slave to the stone building, which he said was where the slaves where kept. Some shots to the chains later and they where free to go, and after telling them what I said about using the supplies in the base to survive I left with haste. They tried asking things like my name and where I came from but I just shrugged off the questions, all the interest I had in them left the second my [Quest] was completed.

Fun fact about the 'battle', despite looking like I had only used my guns and [Holy Fire (Semblance)], I had also used my [Psychic Mind (City Block Level)] in secret to influence the minds of the slavers. Like how I artificially increased the interest in the falling corpse so that they would get closer to it and be caught in the explosion, or when I increased their panic after the 'explosive entrance' so that they would waste their resources shooting it.

To be honest, a strong enough psychic power set could probably solo the world of Remnant if implemented correctly. What's that? You're and infinitely regenerating immortal witch? Ok then, let me just erase your consciousness. It's also a foreign power system, meaning that the people of Remnant probably would have no idea what it was and would thus fail to properly defend against it.

But I digress, after dealing with that whole thing I kept making my way to the nearby village of Carnegie situated west of the slaver camp, not for any particular reason aside from sightseeing. I was interested in seeing my first proper settlement in this world, as so fat everything that I've encountered has been hostile by the most part.

After that... I... didn't really know. I mean, I knew I wanted to have stranglehold of the world of Remnant and use said power to obtain a massive amount of money, but with all of the power available to me the ways in which I could complete this endeavor where literally infinite. It was... honestly pretty daunting.
