It's been several months since Jaune's trip to the Mushroom Kingdom, and since he met an alternate version of himself, but that's a story for another time. In that time Jaune has made a great name for himself and was named Earth's greatest Protector. Ursa finally gave birth to her and Zod's son, to which they named Lor-Zod. Lor and Star have gotten along well, to the point they see each other as siblings.
Right now Jaune is flying with Star in his arms she is enjoying every moment of it, laughing and screaming in excitement while seeing the view of the land and sky with her Kryptonian biology making her more durable.
Star: Hahahahaha!
Jaune: You love this, don't you sweetheart?
Suddenly, Jaune's communicator goes off and it turns out to be Tim calling him for something. Jaune answers the call and speaks.
Jaune: Hey Tim, what's up?
Tim: You might want to come back to the tower, Ruby just came back with some people who want to see you.
Jaune: If they are who I think they are then I'll be there as quick as I can.
He puts his communicator in his pocket and flies back to Titans Tower in a manner of minutes. Once he makes it to the tower he sees Ruby talking with Cyborg, no doubt about the weapons they could make. But what caught his attention was his headmaster and headmistress Ozpin and Goodwitch, along with Legendary Huntsman Qrow Branwen and General James Ironwood, and finally Winter Schnee of the Atlas Military.

Jaune: Professors, it's good to see you two again.
Ozpin: Indeed Jaune, once we heard from Ms. Rose that you're alive and the hero of another world, we needed to see it to believe it.
