"RIGHT EVERYBODY UP!" John's voice came booming through the room waking us all up but none of us moved from where we had slept on the couch in Ashton's room. We had all stayed in Ashton's room to watch a film and thanks to John's loud voice little Genesis had woken up and was now crying in her car seat. "NOW! UP! MOVE!" He barked at us and we all groaned as I rolled off the couch to stand up and get Genesis out of the car seat. I cradled her tiny body in my arms and bounced lightly up and down to put her back to sleep as the others all finally woke up all glaring at John.
"John it's seven in the morning. What the hell are we up this early for?" Michael asked his voice deep and groggy with sleep. The boys don't usually have to be up until nine.
"We have a busy day ahead of us so get up and ready and be downstairs in two hours." We all nodded and went to our own rooms. Luke came into mine taking a seat on the edge of my bed as I later Genesis on the comfy duvet now fast asleep again. "I can watch her while you go in the shower if you want." Luke offered and I nodded.
"Please." I quickly scurried to the bathroom having a quick shower before brushing my teeth and going back into my room to get ready. I pulled on a pair of black ripped skinny jeans with an Avicii tee and a dark blue jacket that barely clung to my small shoulders.
"Okay you can use my shower if you want and then I've still got some of your clothes. While you do that, I'll make breakfast." He nodded his head and took my place in the bathroom after getting a towel from the small towel cupboard we had. I walked to the kitchen and sat Genesis in her car seat next to the table and began to make breakfast. I made pancakes for me and Luke which we quickly devoured before giving Genesis a bottle for her morning feed. I then changed her into a clean nappy and some clean clothes before it was time to leave to meet John downstairs for whatever the hell he woke us up so early for. "What time is Josh coming to pick her up." I asked Luke as I carried her down to the elevator with us and Luke carried the car seat which had pretty much become her new home this past day.
"Just before the show tonight so we've got special baby soundproofing headphones for her for during sound check." I smiled down at her as she giggled and tried to chew on her small bundled up fist. She giggled again and on the corner of my eye I saw Luke's lips twitch up into a smile. "Do you ever want kids." I asked out of pure curiosity breaking him from the trance the little girl had out him in.
"Yeah when I'm a little bit older. Do you?" He asked as we stepped into the elevator.
"I don't know." I shrugged. "I don't think I'd be a very good mam so probably not." I admitted and he shook his head as we waited to reach the ground floor.
"What makes you say that?"
"I just don't think I would and I don't think it would be fair on a kid to have a mother with such a screwed up past because it would eventually affect the kid."
"Well after last night, I for one think you would make an excellent mom." Finally the doors opened and as per usual me and Luke were the last people to arrive. "Hey everyone ready?" Luke asked and everyone nodded as we got into the two different cars. There was me, Genesis and Luke in one car and Ashton, Mikey and Cal in the other. Bret and Brandon where meeting us there since they were up before us this morning.
We arrived at the arena and the first thing that happened was I was pushed onto the stage and had to look at how many seats there was knowing it was a sold out show. It made me just a little but nervous. "Guys I think my throats a bit sore." I lied. "I can't do the show.""Kenzie you're doing the show. You'll be fine." Michael reassured me as he stood beside me. "We need to get you a mic."
"Why can't I just use one of yours that are already on stage?"
