~Micheal's P.O.V~

I laid back in the bed thinking of how I could get over the male without him waking up, I rolled over and faced the wall of the tent hoping to come up with an idea. Before I knew it an arm was wrapped around my waist, I'm assuming Elijah was still asleep, or maybe he was pretending and he could sense I was planning something. I tensed as the front of his body pressed against my backside, I could feel his warm breath on the back of my neck, slow. I could tell he was still asleep, so I can assume he doesn't know what he is doing, I held my breath as I gently pried his arm off of me and sat up slowly. I gave it a minute to see if he would stir, nothing. So I gently put my left leg over the top of him practically straddling him, I knew if he woke up now this would look so wrong, I quickly got off of him, landing on the floor with a soft thumb, it was a little loud so I froze and turned to look at Elijah, who stayed asleep on the bed. Strange I thought he would have been a light sleeper. I turned back around towards the door and left grabbing my bag on the way out, as I finished adjusting my back I looked up and froze, by the fire light I could see Zach standing there with his eye wide and his mouth dropped open.

I froze hoping he wouldn't alert Elijah, "You have guts...." Zach started, "He just wants to help you, he doesn't seem...or just doesn't want to realize you don't want his help" Zach rambled, "I will let you go....but my brother will hunt you down, so be quick" I nodded in appreciation as he stepped out of the way and let me run off into the night. I gave Zach one last glance as he turned back around and sat down next to the fire, 'he must not sleep much' I thought as I turned my head and continued moving forward. If Elijah was going to hunt me down then I needed to keep moving....I would rest in the morning, not sleep, but just a quick rest.

~Elijah's P.O.V~

I blinked my eyes open at the light that seeped through the open flap on the tent, feeling no warmth from the male that was supposed to be next to me, I got up quickly and turned to where he would have been. I put my hand down feeling where he was....cold....'means he hasn't been here for a while' I thought standing up and grabbing my pants, which I took off before I got into bed. I finished putting them on and then stepped out of the tent, blinking my eyes more and hoping that the male was out here with Zach. As soon as I stepped out and let my eyes adjust Zach stepped out of the tent yawning, "Morning Elijah" he said once he finished, "Where's the boy?" I asked him, Zach looked down and shrugged, a dead give away that he knew where he went...."Where's the boy Zach? Where did he go?" Zach mumbled something I did catch. "Where is he!?" I snapped, "He doesn't want our help.....he doesn't want your help!" Zach snapped back.

"He may not want it, but he needs it, with wounds like that any predator from a mile could sniff him down" I said rolling my eyes. Zach scoffed, "The let him die" my eyes hardened at him as I stretched my wings out, "Which way did he go" Zach pointed towards the East. "Elijah leave hi-" I took to the air before he could finish, flying towards the East, low enough to the ground that I could see him. Within a few minutes I found him, or at least a piece of his clothing, I gently landed stirring leaves around me as I flooded my wings behind my back. Pulling the scrap of clothing from the tree, I examined it, I could tell that the blood on it was fresh. I squeezed the scrap in my hand and looked around for any signs that he might have changed direction, it wouldn't have been smart to change direction but then again he didn't seem very smart denying help after crashing a fucking plane.

Anger began to build as I looked around, 'why couldn't he see I just wanted to help him....he will die out here', after small droplets of blood on the ground that continued to point East, I took to the sky again, the blood was dry so it has been a while since he was here. I flew faster hoping to gain some ground on him, after a minute or two I began to descend again, sensing I was getting closer to him. I looked around and noticed fresh droplets of blood on the ground, I bent down and touched a few of the droplets, 'warm...he is near by' I stood back up and looked around, trying to see if I could see him, I looked down and noticed footprints in the dirt, they were very hard to see, but I could clearly make out his shoe.
