"Jeffrey!" An older Buster said, "How's your father doing?" buster asked. Jeff had regenerated From old age some time before. "Still battling on, he's loving his retirement in Nepal, say, aren't you getting a bit old for it all Buster Boy?" Jeff asked. "I may be in my 70s but I'm still full of life, couldn't be happier!" Buster smiled.
"Despite the Planets in the sky recently?" Jeff said.
"oh Jeffrey my boy, that was a mass hysteria The news said so, a solar flare made us all loopy made us see made up creatures." Buster said as he handed Jeff a paper.
"Sure it was Bust. Sure." Jeff said as he handed Buster the paper money.
"what are you upto today then?"
"Oh I'm off to The Needles an old friend has signaled he wants me to meet up with an old friend, I don't know why he can't just meet up in Cowes but i suppose he is quite extravagant. Later Buster." Jeff said.
Soon he arrived at the needles and saw a man, standing at the cliff edge, in a long coat and Converses.
"Doctor, regenerated again I see." Jeff said as he got out his Fire engine. The doctor turned To smile At his fellow timelord. "Jeffy Jeffy Jeff! So have you, How was it?" The doctor smiled.
"Oh it was hard, hopefully not another one for another 600 years. How about you?" Jeff asked.
"Well, I'm on body 10ish now, I had a Metacrisis, With my friend, Donna, she was Brilliant, Still, not traveling with me now." The doctor said looking out to sea. "she saved the world you know, those Daleks and the world in the Wrong place." The doctor said.
"honestly, something finally happens on the Isle of Wight and the Locals see it as mass dream." Jeff huffed.
"Well, nobody remembers the sea devils, I was young, body 3, when I faced them." The doctor said.
"What on earth are sea devils?" Jeff asked.
"You sound like one of the locals now, must be rubbing off on you, Jeffy."
"And what of the Timelords And the war?" Jeff carried on.
"They're gone, the wars gone." The doctor suddenly went serious.
"What do you mean gone-"
"anyway, best be on my way, I'm halfway through looking for A Zygon, I've tracked him to Elizabethan England, bye bye, stay out of trouble! Oh and next time we meet can I have a go in the engine?" The doctor smiled as he walked back to his TARDIS.
"Sure, but please, Meet up with me somewhere else other than the needles, I'm In a village near Cowes!" Jeff said.
