"woah, where am I, Who are you?" Geoff awakened on the edge of the needles, his head pounding.
"Hello Geoff, I'm the Doctor, this is Bill, we" the doctor stumbled and bill Elbowed him ", err found you here, You were hit pretty hard in the head and stomach by a shotgun, probably trying to kill you, but don't worry, your remarkably good, that over there is your um Campervan." The doctor pointed at a large red fire engine. I've put £10,000 in this card for you. Use it wisely, you're a new man literally Geoff, you get that?" The doctor said.
"No but thanks, I guess, bye then." Geoff got up and stumbled off.
"What do you think will happen to him Doctor, will he ever remember what happened to him? His life? He saved the world and he doesn't even know It." Bill said
"Like Donna, Like Adric, like so many others who have travelled with me. Jeff will like this ending though, he will be just a normal member of the crowd in his eyes, finally with his true people" The doctor said. "The Second shot only hit part of his Brain stem, to stop a Timelord regenerating you have to obliterate it, He just had enough to regenerate but he's a new man, he might remain a Timelord or he might grow old with an extra heart. Only time will tell. As for the Keeper Jeff managed to beam him up after a short delay, hes likely being tried for fraud and will be found guilty." The Doctor explained.
"Well we better get back before Nardole notices we're gone." Bill smiled at the doctor and he smiled back.
Current day
"So yeah I really can't remember what happened, where I was before or after and I am really sorry about your customer Jeffery and his dad Jeff. I promise I'll look after your shop for you Buster, incase Jeff the 3rd ever shows up" Geoff smiled as he gave Buster a big hug.
"I'm off to enjoy my retirement, Make sure to be so nice to the regulars" Buster smiled.
Geoff played on his phone.
"A-hem", Geoff looked up to see a Black man with short hair and a handsome smile.
"The Sun please hunny" he smiled.
"By the way Jeff, I'm number 15, you are number 3" the Man winked.
"I don't know what your on about or how you got my name, I'm just a shopkeeper mate" Geoff replied.
"just? Even a Shopkeeper could save the world" the man Smiled.
