You nearly blacked out while Zane was dragging you back towards the meeting point with Wu, the other Ninja trying to pamper and care for you. They were only shoved aside when Zane's voice boomed loudly to them to stop on accident, and when they saw how out of it you were. You blew off a lot of steam on the trip to and from the haunted house, so having a cooling surface was a nice change of pace.

It was a blur on how you got back up to the bounty, but when you did you were quickly sat down in a bed. Zane performed a few quick scans on you before instructing you to lay down and take a break, Cole peaking in through the door way. The two only spared each other a glance before the taller of the two walked out, leaving the door open ajar, just in case.

Cole rocked on his feet back and fourth for a minute but eventually made up his mind and walked into the room. You were laid down on Zane's bed, your eyes closed and your breathing shallow, a cold sweat forming on your forehead. Cole furrowed his brows as he sat down on the white dressed bed, watching as your head tilted every which way, almost like you were having a nightmare.

However, you were not, in fact you weren't dreaming at all, it was just a strange way of your body regaining its energy. Letting out a loose sigh, Cole reached his hand up to try and wipe the sweat off your forehead, pausing when his hand passed through your skin. Cole lifted his hand up slowly and raised it in front of his face, right, he's a ghost.

Placing his hand right next to him, the Earth Ninja now put his focus to the flooring of the area, trying to sort through his thoughts. You could touch him on your command, and he knew you wanted to by the speech you gave before nearly passing out on everyone. You were willing to put your body at risk for him, and that was the thing that his mind had been lingering on the longest. That was the thing that didn't fail to make his face heat up, and for his heart to throb.

Lifting his eyes, Cole looked towards the doorway when he heard a gentle knock on it, seeing Jay peaking his head inwards. "Hey, Cole..." He muttered quietly before shuffling into the room, keeping the door slightly open as he walked over to the pair. "Sensei brought us new suits, they are embedded with deepstone. It's to... prevent possession." Jay slowly started to trail his sentence as he looked down at the muted green Gi in his hands.

Cole glanced down at your new Gi before looking down at the clothing he was wearing, feeling sort of left out. "Yeah, right. Just place it at the edge of Zane's bed, she's still out of it." Cole spoke lowly, refusing to look up at his friend despite his want to. "Guess nothing for me?" He tried to joke as he watched Jay carefully put your Gi by your feet, the Blue Ninja flinching upon the question.

Jay let out a small chuckle before standing up straight, rubbing the back of his neck as Cole finally looked up to him. "Yeah, kinda hard to fold fabric for a ghost." The boy joked back, watching as Cole's smile slowly faded downwards at the reminder. "But-!" Jay stuttered out, stumbling to stand in front of the Earth User. "Maybe Y/n can whip something up for you! She probably knows about some fabrics that could work with you." He nodded towards the girl behind Cole, watching with worry as sweat dribbled down your face and onto Zane's sheets.

Cole hummed and turned around to see what Jay was staring out, only to meet your almost drenched face. "Uh, I get that Kai get's hot headed when he sleeps, but I don't think she should..." Cole spoke with concern as he stood up, Jay rushing to his side to try and wipe the liquid rolling down your face. "Is she over heating? What's going on?" He tried to urge the Lightening User for answers, but got none. Instead, he only got Jay instructing Cole to keep an eye on you.
