"What's up, Debbie?" Danielle said as she saw the girl pushing a bag of potatoes in a stroller.

"Just playing," Debbie smiled.

"You know Debs I might have a baby lying around my house from when I was younger," Danielle said, "If I can find it you're more than welcome to have it."

"Really?" Debbie asked.

"Yeah. I don't play with them anymore," Danielle said.

"You wanna come in for breakfast?" Debbi asked.

"Sure," she said following the girl into the Gallagher house.

"You sure?" Fiona asked.

"Uh-huh. The element's rusted out," Lip answered.

"Anyone want to make some Toll-House cookies with me?" Debbie asked.

"How much to replace it?" Fiona asked.

"Uhh two bills used, four new," Lip said.

"Hey Dani," Fiona smiled.

"How about a pie? I can start making the crust," Debbie said.

"Go take a shower," Fiona said.

"I. Wanna. Make. Pie." Debbie argued.

"You know what? Hand me the obits," Lip said, "Maybe we can scavenge a dead person's water heater." Danielle grabbed the paper as she sat at the table next to Ian.

"Mrs. Dombrowski," Lip said looking at the paper.

"The shaky-neck lady? I thought she drowned a couple of years ago," Ian said.

"No. Mrs. Hogs had the shaky neck and drowned in her own vomit last Easter," Debbie said.

"Wake is this morning! Let's go!" Lip said.

"Can I come?" Debbie asked.

"Umm no," Lip said, "You coming Ellie?"

"Sure. I've got nothing better to do," Danielle said standing up.

"What about my doll?" Debbie asked.

"I'll look for it later. I promise!" Danielle said as she followed Lip and Ian out of the door.

"So we're just gonna wait out here?" Ian asked.

"He's a chain-smoking pothead in a stress-inducing situation," Lip said, "He'll be out soon."

"What are we supposed to say?" Ian asked.

"You just leave that to me," Danielle smiled. A phone in Lip's pocket rang.

"You got your own cellphone?" Ian asked.

"No, some kid left it in the cafeteria," Lip said, "Hey, Kar." Danielle couldn't help the eye roll that she did when hearing the nickname.

"Jealous?" Ian asked.

"What? I'm not jealous?" Danielle asked.

"Tell that to your eye roll," Ian laughed.

"That doesn't mean I'm jealous," Danielle said, "Maybe I just don't like Karen."

"What's your reason for not liking Karen?" Ian asked.

"I just don't like her," Danielle shrugged as Lip walked back over.

"Don't like who?" Lip asked.

"Ka—"

"Katie White," Danielle said.

"Well duh, no one likes her," Lip laughed, "She's a bitch."
