Chapter 29

They settled on Taehyung's bed. Jungkook was sitting between Jimin and Taehyung whereas the parents were sitting in front of them.

"What happened, eomma?" Taehyung asked.

"After you guys told me what happened last night, I realized that Jungkook hasn't shared his past with you guys and I don't think he will because he is scared" Yera said.

"To the point, eomma" Taehyung said as he leaned on the back and sighed.

"I want to show you the background check we did on Jungkook to find out whether he is good for you or not. We did the same for Jimin too" Baekwon said.

Taehyung sat properly and looked at the laptop then Jungkook who was taking deep breaths. Jimin also noticed that. Jimin took him on his lap and hugged him. Jungkook's shoulder was on Jimin's chest. 

"Are you really not going to tell us, Kookie? Do you really want us to look at what they are showing? Because we would really prefer if you told us what is happening with your family" Jimin said. Taehyung nodded in agreement.

"Even though we know everything, we would still like to know all the things from your mouth, Jungkook" Yera said in a soft voice.

"Gi-give me-me sometime" Jungkook mumbled.

"Take as much time you want but you have to tell us. Your job is another thing and your whole life is another thing. I would rather have you tell me everything by yourself then search and find it out in a few minutes" Taehyung said.

"Thank you" Jungkook said. TaeMin pecked his head. Jimin rubbed his arms and Taehyung rubbed his thumb on Jungkook's back hand.

"Will you guys leave tonight?" Baekwon asked.

"We were planning to leave after lunch" Jimin said.

"I hate your place, full offense" Jungkook said as he whined.

"Me too" Jimin said.

"We will also come then" Yera said. The three looked at them.

"Why do you want to come? We can handle her eomma. I am your child-"

"We have no doubts that you can handle her Tae, we even know that your boyfriends can handle her too. Also, it won't take a genius to guess that Jungkook is the one she hates the most. We just want to be there for you guys. We would hate if she pulls a dirty trick with you guys. We know her better than you guys" Baekwon said in a soft voice.

"It won't harm having experts by our side. I would love to piss her off more, her reactions are just worth it" Jungkook said. Yera chuckled.

"I know! I did that a lot. I purposely booked a room beside her and made him fuck me" Yera said proudly.

"Damn! When did that happen?!" Jungkook asked.

"Two months back" Baekwon said.

"I knew you held grudges eomma but I never knew you would hold them for so long" Taehyung said with a faint amused smile.

"Anyways, Jungkook freshen up and all three of you come down for lunch. Then after lunch, we can leave" Yera said and got up with her laptop. She looked at Jungkook "We will be the family you never had. We promise" Yera pecked his head then Baekwon did and then both left the room.

"What?" Taehyung asked.

"You will know one day" Jungkook said and went to freshen up.
