They are Ours

Chapter 43

It had been five minutes since Taehyung went down and JiKook were finding a nice movie to watch.

Bang! A sound echoed taking the two by surprise. The two looked at each other and ran downstairs. Jungkook thought that something happened to Taehyung, but Jimin knew that it not Taehyung who has been shot, it was someone else. He was just worried that his boyfriend had killed someone. I mean, he doesn't mind them being dead, but it would affect Jungkook and the latter is already in a vulnerable state right now.

They rushed downstairs and saw Taehyung holding a gun and it was pointed at someone while they could also see blood where Jungkook's family members were standing. The two rushed to them. 

Jungkook immediately started checking Taehyung whereas Jimin looked at the person laying dead, in the pool of their own blood. Jungkook backed away and looked at Taehyung with tears eyes while Taehyung looked at him with a straight face but confusion in his eyes.

"I thought I told you to stay in the room" he said in a cold tone which made Jungkook flinch slightly.

"We heard a gun shot and thought something happened to you..." Jungkook said with worry in his voice "Are you okay?! I couldn't find any wounds on you by touching but are you fine?"

Taehyung sighed and lowered the gun. He gave it back to his father and pulled Jungkook by his waist as he pecked his forehead. Jimin stood behind Jungkook from preventing him looking behind at the dreadful sight.

"I am fine. Sorry, I didn't know it was not a silencer" Jungkook nodded and hugged him. 

Jimin came from behind and patted his head. Jungkook turned his head and looked at Jungkook "Whom did he shot?" 

"It's better if you don't know or see" Jimin said and pecked his cheek.

"Why?! His eomma died! His eomma killed by his boyfriend and I think he should know that" Bora said.

VMin glared at her and stopped Jungkook from turning around after listening to her words.

"I asked a simple question with a simple condition, if you lie, and she lied" Taehyung said in a cold voice making Jungkook flinch again. He is not used to his sweet boyfriends talking in cold voice, he doesn't like it.

"I wanna see!" Jungkook pushed. He was pretty strong, and they had underestimated his strength. 

Jungkook saw what he never hoped to saw, his mother laying in the pool of her own blood with a whole in her head. The sight made him want to puke but he held it back. He wanted to cry but he held it back. He just stared at the dead body with dead eyes and a straight face, no one know could guess what he was thinking and this worried his boyfriends.

Jungkook didn't notice his sister approaching him. She was about to slap him but Jimin held her hand and twisted it, then threw on the floor. Bora's scream brought Jungkook back to the world as he flinched and looked at his sister on the floor while Jimin standing in front of him with a protective stand and Taehyung's hands on his waist, pulling him closer and closer to the latter. He was stuck between the two. They were like his walls.

"Kookie, are you okay?" Taehyung asked after he saw his boyfriend coming back to the world but the look in his eyes and his face remained the same.

"Yes, just too much to process" Jungkook just turned his head to his sister who was glaring at him with teary eyes.

"Your boyfriend is a murderer, just like me"

"The only difference between the murder you committed and the murder he committed is that you wanted to kill me whereas he killed because she hurt me. There is a huge difference between the two, Bora" Jungkook said with a straight face. The two sighed in relief because that means Jungkook is not angry with them.

"I am going to bed" Jungkook left from there without even glancing at anyone.

"Us too!" VMin said and followed behind him.

"And he left us to clean the mess he created" Yeri scoffed.
