"Do you want to play some music?"
Kai asked Rebecca to break their silence. Isang oras na siyang nagd-drive mula sa mall kung saan sila bumili ng mga gamit. It was quick. Halos damputin nalang ni Rebecca lahat ng babagay sa kanya at saka sila nagbayad. Kai just followed her lead. Tumatango lang siya at sumasang-ayon dito. She doesn't want Rebecca to be upset. At saka magaling din naman siyang pumili ng mga damit kaya wala itong problema para kay Kai.
Rebecca glanced at her and nodded. Kai smiled kindly and played something on the car's stereo which is connected to her phone's playlist. When the song started playing, she glanced at Rebecca and saw the girl closing her eyes. Nakasandal na ito sa upuan.
"Didn't know you listen to The XX"
Kai smiled on her remark while her eyes are on the road. They're now driving outside the city and it's almost 2PM. Mabuti nalang at kumain sila ng lunch sa mall bago umalis. It was the first time that she went to the mall with Rebecca. Though it was quick and rushed she still enjoyed it.
Rebecca makes her appreciate little things. Kahit iyong paglalakad lang sa loob ng mall na magkasama sila ay napapasaya na siya.
"I like their songs especially when I'm driving. This song is my favorite"
Matagal niya nang pinapakinggan ang bandang ito lalo na kapag gusto niyang magmuni-muni. But this certain song that she's playing right now is her favorite. It makes her think about the same person everytime she hears it.
"Angels"
Her smile widened. It makes her heart flutter- listening to the song that reminds her of the person she likes and that person knowing the song.

Biglang namayani ang katahimikan sa kanilang dalawa. Kai's heart started to feel giddy when she suddenly heard Rebecca humming to the song and softly sung the chorus.

Hindi na lingid sa kaalaman ng lahat na magaling kumanta ang babaeng katabi pero halos mapamura pa rin si Kai dahil sa ganda ng boses nito. Rebecca's voice made the song more beautiful. This is gonna be a core memory for Kai and more of a reason for her to love the song.

Nahihimigan sa boses ni Rebecca ang pagkamangha sa mga kantang naririnig. Nanatili lang na nakangiti si Kai dahil sinasabayan din ng babae ang mga ito.
