"L/N, why are you out of bed?!" Aizawa's voice boomed, surprised to see you up and about after just three days. "You're already up and going? So manly!" He chuckled softly, but then his tone turned serious. "I'm glad you're awake, but don't overexert yourself."
As you made your way through the classroom, your peers bombarded you with questions, overwhelming you. You noticed Bakugo stealing a quick glance at you before quickly looking away. Is he nervous? You wondered. You hadn't even interacted with him much, let alone fight him. He wasn't the reason for your previous rampage.
Looking around, you spotted Todoroki, who looked visibly guilty. Your heart ached for him. Poor boy, when he finally embraced his fire power, it ended up hurting one of his friends.
"Silence!" Aizawa's glare silenced the class, and he continued, "L/N is fine. She will sit down without any disturbance." The class nodded, and you found your seat next to Uraraka.
"Alright, since everyone is here, the real test is about to begin," Aizawa announced. A pop quiz? No, it was something else. "Choose code names for yourselves, your hero names," he clarified. You mentally facepalmed, realizing that you hadn't even thought of a name yet.
"These hero names can be temporary, but be careful of what you choose, or..." Aizawa's words were interrupted as Midnight walked into the classroom, shooting a mischievous glance at you and winking. You raised an eyebrow in response. She then warned the class, "What you pick could be your code name for life, so you better be careful, or you'll be stuck with something indecent."
Aizawa confirmed, "Yes, Midnight will be checking your hero names. This is not my forte." He grabbed his sleeping bag and settled down to sleep.
"Alright, now who is willing to get up first and show your hero names?" Midnight suddenly asked. You clutched your blank whiteboard, still unsure of what your name would be. Aoyama was the first to stand up and showed his board. "Hold your breath, for my name is 'I Can Not Stop Twinkling!'" he proclaimed, literally sparkling. You sweatdropped.
"How about this? Take out the 't' and shorten 'Can Not' to 'Cant'," you suggested. "You're right, mon ami," Aoyama agreed. The class exclaimed in surprise, "That worked?!"
"Mina, here's mine: 'Alien Queen!'" she announced. You hummed, your claws strumming against the table. You were too big to fit in a regular seat, so you had created a nest-like space for yourself.
"Wait, you mean like gross aliens with acid blood?! No way!" Midnight immediately shot down Mina's choice. You winced. I guess my blood is gross, then, you thought.
"Asui, what's yours?" you asked, trying to distract yourself from your own naming predicament. "I've had this name for a while, since grade school: 'Rainy Season Hero: Froppy!'" Asui revealed. The class started chanting 'Froppy,' and you felt yourself relax slightly. Perhaps this naming situation wasn't so bad.
The other students shared their hero names one by one, and then Bakugo came forward. "King Explosion Murderer," he declared, causing you to nearly choke on your own spit. "That's a little violent," Midnight interjected. "HUH? WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!" Bakugo yelled in response.
"Hey, maybe you should be named 'Explosion Boy!'" Kirishima jokingly proposed. "Or maybe 'The Human Grenade,'" you mumbled to Kaminari, who snorted in response. "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" Bakugo's glare intensified, but you simply glared back at him, causing him to stomp back to his seat.
Finally, Midoriya stood up and turned to reveal his hero name. "Are you sure, man? That could be your name for life," Kirishima questioned. Midoriya nodded confidently, and a smile spread across your face as memories of your first meeting with him flooded your mind. "Yeah, I used to hate it, but then something changed over time. Someone taught me that names don't matter for what they are, but for the meaning behind them. That lesson had a huge impact on me. So, yeah, 'Deku' is my code name!" Midoriya explained.
You watched the class buzz with excitement as more hero names were shared. Despite the apprehension of being stuck with a name for life, you couldn't help but feel a sense of camaraderie and anticipation. This was just the beginning, and you were ready to prove yourself alongside your classmates.◤◢◣◥◤◢◣◥◤◢◣◥
"I'm glad I could help, but do you have a name?" the green-haired boy, Izuku, asked. You noticed his face turning red with embarrassment. "Oh, no, that's just a nickname he used to make fun of me. It meant 'you can't do it,'" he mumbled.
"Well, you know what?" you said, looking at him. "Deku sounds like a really cool hero name. It doesn't matter if it originally meant 'you can't do it.' From what I've seen, you can do it, and that's what you should believe." With a giant talon, you gently patted his head, leaving Izuku amazed and flattered. It brought a tight squeeze in his heart to hear those words from you."Deku it is then! But my real name is Izuku Midoriya. What's yours?" he asked, his eyes filled with curiosity.
You nodded, still smiling brightly. "I'm Y/n L/N. It's nice to meet you, Izuku!" The two of you shared a moment of camaraderie, knowing that together, you could become the heroes you aspire to be.

I was the reason he chose that name, you thought proudly. "Lord Expsion Murder!" Bakugo yelled again, his voice resonating through the room. "That's almost a carbon copy of the last one," you mumbled under your breath, barely audible amidst the noise.
Midnight intervened, her voice calm and authoritative. "L/N, we haven't heard your name yet. How about you step up and unveil it for us?" You scanned the room, meeting the gaze of eager eyes fixed upon you. With a resigned sigh, you steadied yourself and rose, mindful of your surroundings, ensuring not to disrupt the carefully arranged items. You ventured forward, your movements cautious.
"To be honest, I was uncertain of what I desired, as I never anticipated finding myself in this predicament," you confessed, your words tinged with confusion. "But then, I recalled your words about aspiring to become someone like Admire. Though she may not embody the qualities one ought to truly admire, she is a part of me. And so, I present to you my chosen name." With a dramatic flourish, you spun your board around. "I am the Dinosaur Hero: Indy!"◤◢◣◥◤◢◣◥◤◢◣◥
"Your internships start next week, and I will be handing you personalized lists for those who were drafted. You may choose from among those who selected you. For those who weren't drafted, I will provide a list containing four agencies willing to accept interns," Aizawa proclaimed, handing you a sizable stack of papers.
Do agencies truly want me as their intern? You pondered, flipping through the papers, a mix of excitement and trepidation filling your thoughts. "Pick your choices within two days," Aizawa announced, leaving the room and leaving you all to sift through the multitude of opportunities presented before you. The task of sorting through these options within 48 hours seemed daunting. "Good luck," his parting words echoed in your ears.
As you perused the papers, your eyes fell upon certain prominent heroes, their names igniting a spark within you. One agency even boasted a hero with magnificent red wings, capturing your attention. But in the midst of your contemplation, a piece of paper slipped from your grasp, soon retrieved by Jiro. She took a curious glance at it, her eyes widening with excitement.
"Woah, Y/n! You have one of the top 10 heroes seeking to take you under their wing as an intern!" Jiro exclaimed, excitement dancing in her eyes. "You should definitely look into her. Perhaps you share something in common!" she added playfully, handing you the paper. Your cheeks flushed with a mixture of surprise, awe, and perhaps a hint of nervousness as you scanned the name on the page. "Ryukyu, the Dragoon Hero?" you muttered, your voice filled with a sense of wonder and disbelief.
