Unknown:Hey, good luck with your agency.
You gazed at your phone, a bit confused. Who's texting you?
You:
New phone, who's this?
Unknown:Shinso, remember?
"Wow!" you exclaimed and texted back.
You:
Oh yeah! Thank you, Shinso. I hope you do great, too. I have to go now. Bye!
You tucked your phone into your pocket and grabbed your case containing your supposedly hero costume. You didn't fill out a form like the others, so they randomly designed your costume. Hopefully, it turns out well. "Remember to behave and not cause any issues for the pros," Aizawa reminded you as you firmly gripped your bag.
You've been accepted into Ryukyu's agency, but you forgot where you were supposed to go. The class was dismissed, and you, Izuku, and Uraraka hurriedly approached Iida. However, he assured you all that he'll be fine. "Tenya, please stay safe. Don't let the past with your brother cloud your judgment. Revenge can bring danger upon yourself, you know," you advised sternly. He simply glanced at you, nodded, and departed.
Izuku and Uraraka also had their own important matters to attend to, leaving you standing there, feeling a little anxious. "You must be Y/N, right?" you jumped, turning to see a woman slightly taller than you. She wore a maroon-colored dress, a gray fringe veiling the right side of her face, concealing her eyes, and black dragon wings adorned the sides of her head.
"Yeah! You must be Ryukyu," you stammered, your tail flicking as you looked down at the stunning woman. 'She's even more beautiful in person!' you thought. She smiled warmly and patted your cheek.
"Don't worry. Your principal informed me that you're not exactly human," she tilted her head, acknowledging your imposing form. "And you're unfamiliar with Hosu City. So, I thought it would be helpful if I came here instead," she said. You nodded, your quills trembling atop your head.
"Well then, my name is Ryuko Tasuma, but you can call me Ryko," she introduced herself, extending her hand towards you. You cautiously sniffed her hand, appreciating her gesture. "Thank you for accepting me," you said, exhaling hot air, which gently blew in her face. She smiled warmly. "No problem. You put up quite a fight at the Sports Festival, kid, even though you went a bit wild," she remarked, causing you to cringe at the memories. "Let's head back to my agency and have some tea." "Yes, ma'am," you replied, ready to follow her lead.

"So you're really not a dragon," you both sat down near a table, engaged in conversation. Ryuko was incredibly kind, which made you feel flustered, causing her to chuckle. "Nope, just a human with a dragon quirk," you sighed disappointedly. "Man, I really hope to see someone who's not human all the time," you stated, your tail twitching in longing. "If you don't mind, may I see your eyes?" she asked, and you hesitated before bowing your head and removing the shawl that was wrapped around your face. She approached, inspecting your orbs before humming thoughtfully. "Interesting. They're filmy, but you still see through the veil. How does that work?" she asked, gently tracing lines atop your head, where the burn had also left its mark. "I just follow my senses and form a mental picture in my head. That's how I know not to bump into walls all the time," you explained, coiling your claws slightly.
"Hmm," she leaned back, her expression thoughtful. "I'm truly sorry for what happened to your eyes, but it doesn't make you weak. It simply shows that you gave your all in the fight," she reassured you. You nodded, grateful for her understanding, as she nudged you to get up. "Now then, let's begin our training, shall we?" she smirked, leaving you slightly nervous about what lay ahead. "Put on your hero costume. Let's see what you're capable of without relying on your eyes," she challenged.

Training with Ryuko was intense, filled with rigorous exercises and relentless bouts of combat. With every roar, lash, and tail slap, you tried your best to keep up. However, Ryuko, being much more experienced, easily countered your attacks and swiftly pinned you to the ground. It was a peculiar sight, considering your unique form, but you never gave up.
"Remember, don't focus solely on your opponent. Your body needs to fully understand the capabilities of your powers," she advised, deftly evading another snap of your jaws. Heeding her words, you responded with greater awareness, gradually tapping into a hidden reserve of energy you didn't know you possessed. Concentrating, you held in a mighty roar before releasing it, the sound reverberating through the air, shattering a few nearby windows.
"Better," she acknowledged, though still unsatisfied. "But you're still fixated on the damage you can inflict rather than allowing your body to move as one with you." Letting out a sigh, she transformed back into her human form. Exhausted, you lay down on your stomach, the weight of disappointment settling upon you. "Let's take a break for today, and tomorrow we'll focus on agility," she suggested.
Days turned into weeks, and you grew both physically and mentally stronger through the relentless training. The bond between you and Ryuko deepened with each session. Nodding in acknowledgment, you settled into your nest, your tail curling around you as you closed your eyes, ready to drift off to sleep.
