"Your scarab has had multiple opportunities to betray us. It hasn't. And right now, its connection to The Reach may be our best shot at identifying what they're up to."

"Well, if Blue's goin', I'm goin'." Impulse cut in as he sped over in front of him.

"I assumed as much. You'll also be going with, Lily."

"Of course I'm going. You always make me go." Lily jokingly complained as she crossed her arms, making Nightwing smile.

"You always want to go. You love being apart of the fight."

"You're right. I do love being apart of the fight." She agreed as she smiled with pride.

"And last but not least, Arsenal. But you'll have to travel lighter for your first mission. Nothing that won't fit under civilian clothes. Any questions?"

"Just one. Why are we meeting in this dump?" Arsenal asked him.

"With the cave and the Hall of Justice destroyed we don't have many other options." Nightwing answered calmly.

"Except the Watchtower. It's national news now. You can't pretend it doesn't exist." Arsenal shot back.

"Only Justice Leaguers and senior members of the team are authorized for the Watchtower. You don't qualify."
