Hearing the news I don't know how should I feel right now.

What is this? Why all of a sudden?

Throwing the earphones that I held earlier I stood up from my seat. I know who should I call now. After dialling the number I held my phone near my ear. Anxiety is killing me inside while I starts to walk here and there biting my lips. Lisa unnie opened her mouth to say something but I sow how hobi oppa stopped her. Finaly the call answered.

Y/n : dad what is this?

Without even uttering a 'hello' I directly snapped my question on him.

Dad : you got the news?

Y/n : Why?

Dad : it's my birthday gift for your 21st birthday

Y/n : Do you remember my birthday? Why all of a sudden? Huh? Such a surprise! Why do you care about me out of blue?

Dad : I know you are fine and today I saw you at her graveyard.

Y/n : Do you spy on me? Did you feel pity on me when I cried? You know how I have been - - - no why would I tell it to you, to a person who doesn't even care about his daughter's existence. Did you gave a single call when I ran away from you so called house? Did you care about me? If you are hate me so much, why did you write your freaking company to me?  Just write it to your so called son's name. I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU.

I don't know how fast those words sipped out from my mouth. But his gestures confused me as well as it made me to be angry with him. Even though I felt all of their eyes on me now, I am not in a mood to be embrassed. There I heard a sigh from the other line.

Dad : I'm sorry

Y/n : why? W-why you hate me so much? W-what have I done to you?

My voice cracked a bit as well as I felt how the tears welled up behind my eyes.

Dad : even though I and your mother arranged to marry each other because of a business deal eventually we fell in love. There you came into our lives. Actually I wanted a boy. I wanted to see how he control my all businesses in his hand. But later we found out it was a girl not a boy. I accept I was mad but seeing your mom's happy face It all fade away. The gender didn't matter to her. That was how pure and genuine your mom was. But on a day like today I lost her and my every hopes. I was mad.

The last sentence of him came like a wispher. Again my own tears betrayed me. They started to wet my cheeks.

Out of nowhere a body pressed against my chest hugging me securely. Without looking at the face I recognized him as I can feel him. My right hand clenched into fist holding his shirt while my grip on the phone tighten a bit. I kept my head on his shoulder still holding the phone near my ear. To soothe me he started to rub my back with his one hand while other held me ckoser to his chest.

Another sigh coukd hear from my dad

Dad : please accept the company. Be a good popular business woman like your mom. She will be proud of you. I'm sure you can do this cause you already learnt everything about business management in your university. You can come to my no your compay on Monday. You should get a proper knowledge about the past and present condition of the business. Then later you can get the CEO position without any snuggle. Think about this one more time. Anyhow you are a combination of my and her blood. You are our daughter after all. So see you soon in your company.
