36. Almost dead

Jungkook pov.

I'm still in my knees don't try to accept the truth and the car is fully burnt by now. Suddenly my phone beeped by a notification. But y/n's location is still display in my screen. Holding the phone again I keenly observed it. Her car is in front of me but that red droplet is displaying next to me.

I quickly stand up from my place and face my side. It looks like a forest. Without making any sound I stepped forward towards that location. Sooner ad sooner I will be in that specific place which my phone displayed. Right now I'm exactly at that place. But I can't find any living being rather than tall greenly trees. When the cold breeze contact with my skin an unknown chill run in my veins along with a fear I'm not used with. With already turned on flashlight I search my front. Still it indicates to the North, my eyes travel towards something by my side.

it is a girl. She is sitting on the ground keeping her head on the tree behind her and the knees of her reaches to her chest. Se is tightly holding her phone and I can clearly hear her heavy breath through the pin dropped silence between us. Only the moving of leaves could hear.

I direct my flashlight towards her to identify who is she. Y/n? She is my y/n. Her forehead is bleeding. My heart becomes stiff seeing her injured figure. Due to the sudden light she flinched and slid away from me. Maybe she couldn't see my face.

Y/n : Don't come near me. Or else I...I will hit you with this.

She said grabbing a big stone which can tear my head apart. I'm proud of my girl.

Jk : Y/n?

I quickly ran up to her to engulf her with a hug I wad waiting for impatiently. I think she recognized my voice as she didn't hit me with that stone.

Y/n : Jungkook?

Jk : yes I am. You nearly gave me a heart attack, baby. I felt like my heart torn apart when I saw your car is burning.

I said, almost crying on her shoulder.

Y/n : Don't worry Jungkook. Look, I'm all fine.

She had the courage to console me giving a warm smile through her tears. I'm sure she is terrified with the accident. But yet she is acting so brave. How strong she is to act like that.

Jk : let's go

Without letting her to stand up on her own, I held her in bridal style to go towards my car.

Y/n : Jungkook. I can walk. Put me down

Jk : Just shut your mouth. You deserve this for making me worry.

Y/n : I'm sorry.

She said hugging me form my neck to bring a smile on my lips that tremble earlier when crying like a baby. Now I feel relax and I feel I'm alive again. I felt that 15 minutes like a whole life. I missed her that much which I can' describe.

Still carrying her I stepped inside our mansion Lisa came running seeing y/n's wound on her forehead

Lisa : what happened?

Jk : Lisa, let's talk later

Obeying my request she backed away and paved our way to reach my beadroom.

Author pov.

Jungkook carefully keeps her on his bed in a sitting position because he wants to treat to her wounds.

JK : babe, what happened?

He asked wiping the blood on her forehead using a cotton in the first aid box

Y/n : I was looking at the side mirror. So without my knowledge my car got collapse with the street lamp near the road. I was fast enough to get off the car before the blast. I thought they would come to check the car, but they didn't. So I just stayed in my hidden place when they came.

She simply explained the situation and he listened to her giving all his attention. he didn't utter a word, instead he just treat her silently. His heart torn apart when hearing her hissing sound. She try her beast to bear the pain by biting her own lips. But yet she can't. Jungkook finished treating her wounds without speaking to her. When he is busy arranging the first aid kit y/n asked,

Y/n : Jungkook?

He knows why she called him. So keeping the first aid kit on the nightstand he stares at her amber brown eyes.

JK : I'm sorry

Y/n : Why are you apologizing? It's not your fault

Jk : N, it's my fault. If I had came to pick you up, this wouldn't happen. If I hadn't think about my works rather than you, his wouldn't happen.

Y/n : No. It's not your fault. It was my fault that didn't pay my attention to the road. Please don't blame yourself.

She said hugging him tightly putting her legs around his waist when she saw his eyes tearing up with salty tears.

Jk : you don't know how I felt when seeing your car all burning with uncurbable flames.

He said colliding their bodies even more to themselves. He is afraid to loose herself from his grip. He is afraid he would lose her again.

JK : My heart started to beat faster due t the fear of losing you. I felt like my world crashing into million of pieces. I can't. I can't live without you. Please. Please don't leave me.

Y/n : I'm sorry. It won't be happen again. I'm sorry. I will never leave you. Trust me.

JK : Please be careful y/n. I'm so weak.

She couldn't utter a word, cause she felt a lump in her throat due to crying. So she just nodded her head on his shoulder. Their bodes are glued to each other with a rope called love. Both of them feels afraid to leg go of each other. Holding themselves tightly as they could, they released their pain as a form of tears. The room is silent with no word, no sound only faint sniffs could hear.

All of the housemates have gathered up at the door frame. After hearing the conversation of the crying couple automatically their eyes moisten. Being dramatic one by one hugged the person beside him/her meanwhile suga watched all of them crossing his arm with a straight face.

When days have passed y/n's small injuries have cured and Jungkook made sure to pick up y/n cause he didn't want to see another attack like that. Due to the utmost dedication of y/n and Jungkook, the project got successful with best compliments. Y/n is the most happiest person cause it was her first project and it got successful with her dedication and the help of her beloved boyfriend. Actually both of them did work at home also. Being housemates was also a great help for them.

After an exhausted week both Jungkook and y/n got a day off from the company to get extra hours of sleep. It was nearly 12.00 pm when they woke up. Waking up Jungkook , y/n went to her room to freshen up.

Y/n : good morn- - - -

She said reaching the living room, where she thought they might be, but it is all empty to halt her sentence. She then stepped towards the dining room, kitchen and even swimming pool, but there were no one.

where are they?

She thought being amaze by their sudden disappearance.
