And that, many District Four citizens could agree to. For them, no such thing could do the same wonder as the salty water that surrounded the land they called home. Even though, only the fishermen could occasionally access the sandy shores—including the few victors of the annual Hunger Games that District Four held. Although the Mayor, Caspian Del Mar, adequately hid it, the peacekeepers still terrorized the District in the darkness. Special access was required, to pay visits to the sea, and often most people weren't granted it. Although the victors brought pride to the District, securing their safety and a long stock of supplies, the few of them couldn't help but have a small amount of hatred towards their victors. Everything was served on a silver platter for them. Large house, private beach, never-ending money or food, accessibility to everything, happiness.
