Grace wanted through the hallway of the hospital and looked to see Derek as he walked down the hall

"Well if it isn't the other half of the Satan twins" he asked as Grace looked to him

"Oh is that how you plan to is that we're secretly yours and addies kids?" Grace teased as derek looked to his sister and rolled his eyes

"Your so not funny" he said as she looked to him and smirked

"Oh Beth thinks I am"

"Bethany is your twin she will defend you against me no matter what. How are you doing though. I know it's not easy to come here" he said as grace looked to him and smiled

"Well it's safe to say I suit the blue scrubs more than the orange. I am fine. It's just a lot to get use to but if izzie stevens looks at me once more the way she is then I will drop kick her into next week. I don't care if she has cancer or not"

"That's my sister" Derek said as he took a sip of his coffee as Grace looked to him and smiled

"So how is Meredith?"

"She's good at home resting" he said as she smiled

"It's nice to see" she said as he smiled

"What is?" He asked

"My big brother all happy and married I know that you we're married to Addie but you never loved her the way you love Meredith" she said as he smiled

"She's different. What about you anyway no one in your life. I see how you look at what's his name Avery" Jackson asked as grace looked to him and rolled her eyes

"No Derek. Jackson and I are just friends. We've been through internship together. He's just my friend" Grace said as derek nodded

"That's good I've out you on my service and you can see what a god your brother is" Derek said as grace rolled her eyes at him

"God? Hmm if you say so" Grace said

They arrive at a gathering of personnel. Richard is giving a speech. Grace found Beth and stood next to her and smiked

": ... Our schedule for several months now. Hospitals across the country have reported substantial savings ... " Richard said

"How bad is it today? " derek asked Bailey

"The chief's implementing a computer model For scheduling our surgeries from now on. Something about efficiency and progress. " she said

" And to make sure this was the right decision, I have enlisted one of our own to do a trial run for the last month. Dr. Sloan." Richard said as grace looked to see mark smirking

"No wonder he looks smug. I thought it was just the sex with you" Grace said as Beth looked to her and rolled her eyes

"Funny. Who are you having sex with" Beth asked as grace looked to her and rolled her eyes

"I am not having sex with anyone if you mist know. I'm a surgeon and while your all sex crazed I'm going to beat you all and become a kick ass surgeon" Grace said as Beth looked to her and smirked
