Grant and Candice have been "best friends" since their break up 2 years ago, and they are both "over" each other until certain events make them realize that they can't be bestfriends anymore.
Grant's POV When I wake up next to LA this morning, it feels so wrong. I get up and get ready for the long day ahead. As I am heading out the door, LA gives me a kiss and lets me know she will see me later. (Why does she have to come later) I leave the room and when the coast is clear I head into Candice's room, she had given me a key just in case she needed my help. I walk in and hear her vomiting in the bathroom, so I run over to hold her hair and rub her back. G: "it's ok C. let it all out" she lifts her head up just for a little to give me a thankful smile before starting to vomit again. G: "hey I'll be right back, Imma go get something to help with the morning sickness, do you think you will be ok till I get back" she nods so as quickly as possible I head downstairs and grab a green juice, some OJ, a bagel with cream cheese, and some bacon, I then head back upstairs put the food on the table then grab her prenatal vitamins and her nausea medicine out of her bag which she couldn't get to without puking, and take them to her with a glass of water. G: "here take these" C: "thanks, what would I do without you" G: "I ask myself the same question everyday" she takes the medicine, but it takes a while to kick in so I help her off the floor because at this point there was nothing left to throw up, cleaned her up, and grabbed the outfit she picked out, so I could iron it. C: "G you don't have to do that you have already helped enough" G: "I want to, plus we will be late if I don't help you" I laugh which puts a smile on her face. I finish Ironing her stuff and give it to her by now she has gained her strength back and goes to get ready, while she does that I went and sat on the couch because I wanna be the first one to see her when she comes out.
Candice's POV I put the finishing touches on my make-up and I walked out to show Grant, I was wearing a navy blue jumpsuit that had a low V cut neckline with cut outs on the sides, a pair of black sandal heels, with my hair in a high bun. The jumpsuit was perfect at hiding my growing belly. At most, I looked a little bloated, but what girl doesn't get bloated. I walked out and tapped Grant's shoulder because he was on his phone. When he turned around, his jaw dropped. G: "you look stunning" C: "really, I don't look fat" I ask G: "of course not you are the finest pregnant girl I know" he then gets up and spins me around and out of nowhere he slaps my ass C: "GRANT GUSTIN" G: "you know you love it" C: "ok fine, I did like it" G: "I thought you would" then he squats down to my belly. G: "hey little one can I tell you a secret, you can't tell anyone" he whispered G: "your mommy has the fattest, nicest ass in the whole world" I slapped him on the arm. C: "I can't believe you just said that in front of our child" G: "I was just being honest" he smirked C: "yes but next time watch you language mister" I laughed. After our fun banter, we head downstairs so we can start doing interviews.
Grant's POV We are with our favorite interviewer, Leanne, from ET News. We answered most of the basic questions that most people ask in our other interviews, so right out the gate, she asked us how Barry and Iris felt about having an adult daughter. C: "father" Candice gestures to me. G: "I think it's a cool dynamic..." Then Candice begins to answer. C: "100% and the first time I saw Jessica I was literally looking at her like this is so creepy, still creepy literally like that is what our child would look like... perfect casting" I turn around and wink at her forgetting LA sat in this interview. When I turned back around, she didn't look too happy at Candice's answer and my reaction to her answer. When we finished the interview, LA pulled me aside. L: "why did you wink at her" G: "at who Candice" L: "who else" G: "because it's an inside joke we have" L: "well I wanna know the joke" G: "then it wouldn't be an inside joke anymore, I really don't feel like doing this right now, I have to go to the next interview" I walk away before she can say anything and catch up with the rest of the gang, the rest of the day goes smooth and we decide to have a cast sleepover in Tom's room so I didn't have to talk to LA about earlier until tomorrow, thank goodness. Before I go to sleep, though, I post a pic of me and C.
