Grant's POV
It is 7am on Christmas day. Me and C are in bed cuddling until breakfast is ready. C: "can you believe this will be our last Christmas as a family of 2" G: "I know, I can't wait for next Christmas and all the Christmases after that" C: "you're so adorable" G: "I know" I give her an innocent grin. C: "I can't wait to give you your gifts" G: "me either, they are gonna be amazing" C: "not better than mine tho" G: "we will see" she giggled, and I kissed all over her face and then lifted up her shirt to kiss all over her belly. G: "I... love you... and... your mommy... so... much" I said in between kisses. C: "we love you too" I kiss her lips one more time before I help her out of bed so we can get ready and put on our matching christmas pajamas.
Candice's POV
Me and G get ready and go out to get breakfast. Mrs. G: "good morning and Merry Christmas, you two" C: "Merry Christmas, Mrs. G" G: "Merry Christmas mom" we greet everyone else and go sit at the table to eat and talk about how excited we are to open gifts. When everyone finished, we made hot cocoa and then sat over by the fireplace and the tree to open up presents. Everyone bought 2 gifts for each person, and then everyone gave their partner extra gifts. Since both Tyler and Gracie were single, they got extra gifts for each other. Mr. & Mrs. G went first, then my parents, then my brothers family, then Tyler and Gracie, and lastly, Grant and I.
Grant's POV
It's C's turn to open up her gifts, and I am really excited for her last 2. Watching her open presents was amazing and I think she really liked them. I had got her, her favorite dior perfume, a simple rose gold Cartier bracelet, a white gold rolex, a bvlgari white gold diamond necklace, her fav sweatshirt of mine, new sweatpants, hoodies, socks, beanies, graphic tees, a pair of jordan 1's, a new pair of air force 1's, a matching pair of vans for us and the baby, year long pass to CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La Hotel, and 2 spa days in LA. she loved every single one of my gifts, but I know she will scream at the last 2. She opens the first one, and she goes wide-eyed. C: "you got me a new pregnancy pillow" G: "yeah I knew how much you loved the last one" C: "thank you" G: "you have one more gift and it's in this envelope" she grabs the envelope and as soon as she sees it she screams. C: "you bought us front row tickets to see j.cole" I nod my head, and she comes over to hug and kiss me. G: "you still think you have me beat" C: "absolutely"
Candice's POV
I sit back down next to Grant, and I am just so excited for him to open his gifts. I could tell that he loved all of his not so small, smaller gifts because after every present, he said baby you shouldn't have with his innocent smile and warm green eyes. I had got him a chain with his initial, a rolex which was pretty much identical to mine, 2 pairs of jordan 1's, 2 new pairs of vans, matching chucks for us and the baby, new patches for his jacket, socks, boxers, hoodies for me to steal, sweatpants, and 2 flannels. When he got to his big box, I was so excited I can't wait to see his reaction. He opened the box and took off the tissue gift paper. The first thing he saw was the dodgers and clippers hats and jerseys. G: "thanks, I needed new ones" Then he saw the Dodgers and Clippers onesies. G: "aww these are so cute I can't wait for the baby and I to match" he next sees a box with a signed pair of chris paul"s shoes and a signed baseball from the dodgers. G: "Oh my gosh baby wow, how did you get them signed" C: "I have my ways theirs one more thing in there" G: "girl this is more than enough" C: "I did tell you I was gonna win, look in the box" he looks back in the box and see's the envelope, and when he opens it his jaw drops to the floor. G: "you're lying" C: "nope" G: "baby don't play with me right now" C: "I promise you I'm not" he runs over and kisses all over my face. G: "thank you, thank you thank you" T: "G what is it" G: "she bought us court-side clippers tickets and dodgers premium legends suite seats." T: "holy crap you went all out C" G: "for real baby, thank you" he kisses me again. C: "your welcome I told you I was gonna win" G: "just wait until valintines day" C: "we will see" G: "while we are still on the topic of gift giving we have 1 more gift for everyone" A: "what is it" C: "we got all of you a 5 day trip to bora bora" Parents: "your lying" G: "scouts honor" evryone: "thank you" C: "your welcome, we also have 2 extra tickets so that tyler and gracie can bring a plus one" GG&T: "thanks" Mrs. G: "will y'all be joining" G: "no we want to soak up those first few months of being parents and move into our new home" C: "if we get approved" G: "well about that we got approved last night" C: "really" G: "yep" C: "hallelujah" Mrs. P: "well thanks for the gift and the amazing Christmas" G: "no problem, we love spending time with y'all" C: "Merry Christmas everyone" Everyone: "Merry Christmas"
