from a young age changbin knew he was different from the other kids in his class. he adored the color pink, nail polish, and would secretly try on his sisters skirts from time to time. this made him an easy target. guys would poke at his nails, his pink backpack, and make fun of his lack of height.

because of this changbin promised himself he would never give anyone that power over him again. he trained day and night to ensure he could beat the crap out of anyone that dared to utter something negative.

he kept his head down all of high school. changbin would keep himself in all black to blend in to the background. to his surprise, it worked. he didn't ever have anyone to talk to, but people also left him alone.

it wasn't until college that he learned he should stop living for other people. he decided to test the waters by showing up to his psychology class in his favorite frilly white top.

he let his natural curls flow, applied chapstick, and threw on a pair of jeans that matched. when he arrived to class no one in particular cared.. except one person. "pssttt.." someone whispered yelled.

changbin clenched his fists and prepared for the worst. he turned around to be greeted with a brown-haired boy with the softest smile. "i love your outfit!" he said.

changbin felt himself exhale as his ears turned slightly red. "thank you.." he murmured.

"i'm han" the male said. "i'm changbin" he replied back, still unsure if this was genuine.

"you're so cute! me and my boyfriend are totally adopting you" han giggled. changbin laughed softly in reply, deciding to sit down at the desk next to han.

they spent the rest of the class learning more about each other instead of paying attention to anything their professor was saying. when class was finally over they started walking towards the dining hall.

"if you don't have any classes right now you should come eat with me and my friends" han beamed.

"okay!" changbin exclaimed. as they walked he couldn't help but simle cheesily. he never imagined that he would actually make an acquaintance. he already enjoyed being around han and hoped he wouldn't mess anything up.
