ALEX TURNER • ONE SHOTS•

•Sick• (end of car era)

You had been getting more sick now for the last week but when you woke up today it felt like you had a brick on your chest. Alex was coming home from tour today and you were so exited to see him but you felt like absolute shit. You had been asleep all day and was just waiting for Alex to come home.

3pm-

You heard the door open.

'Hey baby, I'm home.' Alex shouted he couldn't see you anywhere. 'darling?' He walked into the bedroom to see you cuddled up with used tissues all around you.

'hey darling, Are you sick?' He said sitting on the edge of the bed.

'Hey handsome, i've missed you so much and yeah i am.' You coughed.

'Awh y/n why didn't you tell me!' He giggled.

'I didn't want you to worry at the end of your tour.' you said frowning.

'Look i'll get you some soup and medicine and i'll come cuddle with you? deal?' he said kissing your forehead.

'Deal.' You giggled 'I love you.'

'I love you too gorgeous.' Alex said walking out.

About 10 minutes later Al walked back in with a tray full of soup, tea, chocolate and ice cream. He placed it on your lap.

'Here you go darling.' He said sitting next to you getting under the covers and putting his arm around you.

'Thank you so much handsome' You say taking a spoonful of soup.

'Let's watch some TV.' Alex says reaching for the remote.

'But you said once you got back you wanted to go out and do things.' You teared up.

'That can wait, all i care about is that i'm back here with my girl we can do it all when your better.' He smiled.

'Okay.' You smiled back kissing his lips.

You two were talking about the tour and what happned but the main thing is that he was back. You missed Alex so much. His touch, his voice, his company. You felt so safe with him.
