summer breeze (eyecte era)

You and Alex were on holiday in Greece, you were on your honeymoon. You were staying at the little island for 3 weeks, it was magical. It was like turning everything on silent when it was just you two, nothing to distract you.

It was about 7pm and you and Alex had just ate dinner, you were walking back to the hotel room when Alex suggested that you get on the bus and go to the footpath just 10 minutes up the road to watch the sunset. Of course you agreed and you went to catch the next bus.

Once you has arrived you and Alex were walking up the path looking for the perfect spot, he played with your hands as he held them. Soon you found a lovely little spot the grass was freshly cut and it was on the cliff edge making it perfect to look out onto the water. You both sat down and took in the view, Alex wrapped his arm around your waist.

"I still cant believe we are married now." You giggle.

"I know Mrs Turner." Alex winked as he kissed you. "Its so perfect here isn't it."

"Yeah." You agree. "Reminds me of when we were here when you were on tour in Athens." You smile and put your head on his shoulder.

The breeze was warm, it was nice. You could hear the waves crashing against the rocks and distant music being played. It was moments like this which reminded you how lucky you were to be with Alex and how safe he made you feel.

You sat there talking as the sun slowly set in-front of you. "Its truly beautiful isn't it." You say.

Alex turns to you and smiles. "I guess so, nothing like you though."

You playfully punch his arm as you both laugh. "Your so cheesy." You laugh.

"Wouldn't change me thought would you?" Alex said raising a eye brow.

you pretended to think. "Of course not."
