Snowy Winter In Sumeru <3

Due to Sumeru's climate it doesn't snow often but in peak winter time usually around Christmas it does snow, not heavily though, but enough for people to put on snow coats and boots, with scarves and mittens.

"I'm going out to work Alhaitham!" Kaveh said as he put on his coat and scarf. "I have to go work today too. The flus been going around Sumeru, it's a bit cold so some people called in sick. Now I have to work overtime..." Alhaitham sighed as he got ready with Kaveh to go outside.

"Why are you going out now though? Can't you work from home?" Alhaitham asked Kaveh as they walked out of the house. "Well... The person whom I'm working with is si k with the flu, they told me they needed me to come over to help make the final sketch for a garden." Kaveh said.

"Why do you have to go over to their house?" Alhaitham asked slightly confused.

"She told me it'll probably be her last winter. She said she wanted to make a garden for her daughter who loved gardening. So I could only hope to fulfil her wish before she passes away." Kaveh said softly as he snuggled up with his scarf since he felt slightly cold.

"I see. Well Im going to be out until 6. So just head to the Akademiya at that moment and we can go home." Alhaitham said. Kaveh nodded.

Kaveh had to go all the way to Vimara Village. He walked over to a house and knocked on the door.

"Ah, hello, you must be Kaveh right?" The woman smiled softly as she looked at Kaveh. "Yup I am. Do you want to work inside?" Kaveh asked. "Yes, you can sit on the couch next to the small coffee table. I'll bring tea." The woman opened the door and let Kaveh step in. Kaveh hanged his coat and took off his boots at the entrance as he walked over to the couch.

He took out his sketch book and pencil as he softly sketched a drawing while waiting. It was Alhaitham. Kaveh slightly blushed at his drawing and shut his sketchbook once the woman came.

"Here's some tea. It's cinnamon herbal tea." The woman took a sip from her cup as she offered Kaveh a cup. "Thank you. The tea is great." Kaveh smiled as he drank a bit of the tea. The tea warmed his hands and it felt nice.

"As you know, I want to make a garden for my daughter so she can have something to do in her free time, and so...she can remember me once I pass away. My daughter studied in the Amurta Darshan and loves nature. She even thought about being a forest ranger which she did for a bit but then became a teacher at the Akademiya." The woman smiled as she thought about her sweet and cheerful daughter. Suddenly the woman coughed a bit as she was slightly.

"My name is Aymar I have a daughter and she's named Ayatrice, we never had a good relationship... But I just want to give her a gift before my passing, and that is a garden. I want to destroy my house and place a garden here instead, she lives nearby so she can simply walk here." Aymar said sipping her tea.

"I can show you some of the sketches I've drawn for the garden." Kaveh said as he flipped through his sketchbook.

It was actually hard to find people who wouldn't annoy Kaveh over his artistic decisions. Some people just didn't understand his way if art. But the woman he was working with now didn't bother telling him she didn't like that, or that doesn't make sense.

"Hm..? I don't mean to annoy you, but...what's this? Is it the Akademiya's scribe?" Aymar said slowly. Kaveh turned red realizing what she saw. He snatched the sketchbook. "I-im sorry It was a sketch I did earlier...!" Kaveh said completely embarrassed at the simply drawing of Alhaitham.

"Do you have a loved one..?" Asked the woman. Kaveh turned red. "..." He stayed silent for a moment.

"Yes." Kaveh said quietly as he blushed even more his face turning red.
