Thats one big family

(Y/N POV):

My feet crunched on the snow as me a Tanjiro trekked towards the others, the younger siblings started waving, then Kie.

'1, 2, 3, 4, 5... wait how many siblings does he have? wait what was his name? the teeny one, wait whats that girls name? oh my gods im so sorry but i dont remember any of them'  I sobbed internally, i mean i sort of did i just didnt know who was who.

"Ni-chan!"

"Onii-chan!"

Tanjiro's younger siblings ran at him whilst pelting him with snowballs, He pretended to try to defend himself and let out joyous laughter.

"yes yes nii-chans here now" he laughed out and patted his younger siblings heads.

'aww what a cute scene too bad they well you know' I grimaced at what we were going to have to face later. 'oh God i better not crash out when i see that event'

"woah whos that?" asked a girl as the teeny one stared at me in bluntly- wow i like that kids bravery,

"hey i heard youre the sick one, do you feel better now?" nezuko asked

'oh my god seeing her out of her iconic demon form is so trippy, she looks so normal'

"ah yes im much better now, thanks to you guys, also thanks for letting me stay!" I bowed respectfully to kei and tanjuro then to the kids who all reassured me that it was no problem.

After a bit of getting to know everyone and playing about in the snow for a few minutes it was time for a snow battle

"okay so you go on hanakos team so each of us has an older person!" shigeru announced, he seemed very proud of his decision making skills, and soon enough we were building our forts made of ice, well they were more like little walls that we hid behind, even though my hands burned from the cold this was arguably one of the most enjoyable things ive experienced so far.

"YAH!" shouted takeo as he tried to ambush us but i swiftly rolled out the way, i wasnt about to get beaten by a 9 year old-

'smack!'

snow fell over my hair and back as i squealed at the feeling of it melting into an icy cold liquid into my scalp and under layers, my head whipped round and i saw nezuko giggling at the sight and running back to their fort.

"come back here!" i yelled and laughed as i quickly scraped snow into my hands and darted after her, i threw the snowball which landed squarely on her back making me grin victoriously.

(timeskip, 1 hour)

Soon enough we were all soaked and poor rokuta had started shivering so he left a bit earlier to sit with kei,

"hey we should probably head inside," started nezuko, "tanjiro you should get changed now you have to go sell coal remember?"

"oh yeah! sorry guys i mustve forgot, i really was having fun" he rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, "i'll go sell some and bring money back and maybe we'll even get to buy some nice things" he grinned

'HOLY SHIT- the scenes already here? but what if its just a normal errand, or is muzan actually coming, it IS already winter, and usually people who get isekaid in fanfics get put right before the event- ohmygod would i get killed or turned into a demon if i stay? probably killed imma be fr, should i askk, what'll be my reason though?imma ask to be safe, uhmm'

Once we had all went inside i nervously followed tanjiro and just before he went to his room i called out,

"uhm tanjiro-san, if its not too much of a bother, can i come with you to town?" i had no idea if hed say yes but i was hoping he would

"i'd let you (Y/N)-san but mother has advised that you stay inside, seeing as your illness could relapse and youve already been outside long enough, youve even been sniffing"
As i took a huge as sniff i said

"What? noo, im not ill, i just wanted to come with you to get to know more people and i thought maybe it would trigger memories as to why im here?" i tapped my foot anxiously, as i waited for him to think it out.

"i mean, when you put it that way... sigh okay but you better make sure youre wearing a haori or extra layers" he adds as he smiles at me making me beam back as i replied with,

"Of course! tell me when youre ready!"
