"Alec, slow down," the blonde follows her boyfriend at fast pace, but even though she's practically running, she still isn't able to catch up with him. She furrows her eyebrows, quite upset, when the man doesn't react to her words. "Hello? Alec, Alexander!" she yells and he finally looks over her.

"What?" he asks annoyed, corssing his arm on his chest. She snorts at him.

"Okay, first of all, do not talk to me in that tone, second of all, fix this arrogant attitude and thir of all, at the end, who are you talking to? It's me, Alec, your girlfriend," he sighs, knowing she's right of all. Her glare soften when she saw so many emotions in his eyes.

"Look, I.. I'm sorry, I shouldn't ignoring you, but I'm just so pissed at Jace," he take a few steps towards her, closing the distance between them. "I- It's... since Clary showed up he's acting like he's better. Better than me, better then anyone. And he doesn't even know this girl, she's Valentine's daugher... I'm afraid that he could fall in love with her. And what if she's actually some kind of trap? Jace, he-," Alec pauses for a while, glancing uncertainly at Corine. "I don't want him hurt again. We have enough problems because of this Fairchild's girl, and yet he still treats her above all of us. He did not listen me, well, he never actually did, but you know..." he sighs, trying to make some sense, but he doesn't know how. Jace is his parabatai, they should always work together alongside the other. But with Clary it became more difficult. It's like Jace forgets that anyone other than Clarissa exists.

"Alec," she takes his face in her hands, causing him to look at her involuntarily. She smiles gently. "I don't really like Clary much, but I understand her situation and I understand Jace's behavior. He lost both his parents, we lost them. Believe me, he just doesn't want Clary to go through the same thing. And if more feelings come into that, you know it can't be so easily controlled. Besides, he's your parabatai. You're one of the most important people to him, all of we are. He's probably a little lost right now, but you know Jace, he'd never admit it," he smiles softly at her words.

She always knew how to say the right words at the right moment.

"Give him some time, let him sort out his feelings and thoughts. And don't even think that he doesn't care about us anymore. You know he'd never think that," she adds and man give a charming kiss on her lips. He places his hands on her waist, making them even closer.

"I love you, Corie. Thank you," both smiles when move away from eachother.

"Your welcome, Mr. Lightwood,"

"We're on last names now?"

Corine moans softly into Alec's mouth as he pinns her against the door of their shared room. The girl wrapps her arms around his neck, pulling them closer, deepening the kiss more and more. Alec's hand slowly come down to Cora's waist, while the other still cups her cheek. She moans again as his lips begin to slide down, leaving blood-red marks. She tangles her slightly trembling fingers in his hair, tugging on it.

"God, I love it when you do this, Corie," he murmurs into the crook of her neck. Corine's tank top made things much easier because the strap slipps off her shoulder, revealing little more. The girl miraculously kept herself from ripping off Alec's black T-shirt. Yes, he looks perfect in it, but it was clear that he's best seen without it.

"A-alec.." she whispers in a trembling voice. "Shouldn't we help find Clary's mother right now?" she questions, but Alec shut her mouth, placing a lustful kiss on them. "Or- maybe not..." both of them smirks and returns to their previous activity. "I trully love these," she whispers into his mouth.

"Alec!" a knock on the door stopped them from going any further. Corine flinchs as she felt a tug on the door, which fortunately was closed.

"Good, what again," Alec murmurs to himself, rolling his eyes in frustration. "What?" he asks angrily seeing Isabelle standing in door.

"Oh, did I interrupt something?" she smirks making her brother rolls eyes again. "Big thing?" she laughs it down and Alec's just more and more frustrated.

"Is that what you want? Yeah, little sis, cool." he was just about slam the door right in her face, but she stopps him.

"Woah, calm down, big brother. I'm taking my girl from you." she pushes past him, dragging Corine with her.

"That's cool, Izzy!"

Corine met Alec when she was only twelve, but they quickly became best friends, even considering their age difference. When she and Jace arrived at the Institute, the siblings got along with the Lightwoods almost immediately. They probably wouldn't even complete all their training sessions together, which's they finished with hot chocolate and ate sweets stolen from Maryse. However, Alec and Cora remember their first date perfectly. Cora was sixteen and Alec was almost nineteen. They were both very stressed about going to the cafe. But then it turned out that it was nothing at all. They talked all the time about literally everything they could think of. It wasn't awkward, quite the opposite. Alec had been thinking about asking Core out for so long, worried that maybe she wouldn't reciprocate his feelings, which in hindsight he thought was total stupidity.

Corine smiles as she remembered her last dates with Alec, but those thoughts quickly replaces Clary's words. How could she even say in front of her that Alec was boring and constantly miserable, and ask why she chose him?

As if it was any of her business.

She'd known Alec for maybe, um, a day? And suddenly he organizes some kind of survey about everyone.

"Did I really offend her that much? I didn't mean it like that, I just..."

"It's okay, Clary. Just, maybe next time do not insult her boyfriend in front of her. Better not insult Alec," Izzy sighs, but smiles gently at redhair, making her sighs too.

"However, I still think this dress is too sleazy,"

"It isn't," Isabelle smirks, watching both of them at mirror. "It's just "fuck me" type of look. What can I say, I quite adore it,"
