Days flew by quickly and soon it was time for the Magic Show. The whole town was buzzing with excitement. Cleo, Ryker and Alvin were also very excited to go to the magic show. They again made their way through the treacherous forest but their luck ran out as they found themselves lost in the woods. The sun was travelling west and they needed to find their way out.
After sometime, they finally found the way to the townsquare but alas! The magic show had come to a close. Rounds of thunderous applause were heard as the magician made his final bow. The crowd had begun to disperse and soon the trio and the magician were the only ones left. Cleo could now take in the features of the magician clearly. He was tall, with sharp features, he had long turquoise hair and sharp red eyes. He looked at them and said in a rough voice, "The magic show is over. Get out."
Cleo couldn't hold her tears back as they made their way home . She was a true believer of magic and to miss the only possible chance to witness it saddened her. Her friends consoled her but to no avail.
The forest had grown dark by now and only the light of the enchanted tree and fireflies lit up the forest dimly.
Cleo
I was heartbroken and crying after that Magician sent us back. How can someone be so rude? He could have at least told politely. We had gone through so many struggles to get the tickets. He is so arrogant if I meet him again then I will make sure I punch that face of his so that not only his eyes, his whole face can be red.
As we approached the forest, I remembered the warnings immediately as soon as I saw the tree's faint glow. I wondered.....Should I tell my friends...or is this nothing?
The magician.
( Just imagine him with red eyes)
