Meredith Grey is a new Elementary teacher who just moved to Seattle, she works at Seattle Grace Elementary.
Derek is a Neurosurgeon and works at Seattle Grace Memorial Hospital.

I get home from a late night at the hospital. I go into the living room to rest my legs for a bit when I see Rose sitting on the couch.
"Why aren't you asleep?" I ask her. I was hoping to be alone for a while.
"I was waiting for you to come home," she says. I sit down on the other side of the couch. She gets up and sits down right next to me.
She rests her head on my shoulder and placed her hand on my inner thigh. She drags her hand up to my crotch, cupping it gently in her hand.
"Not tonight Rose," I take her hand and push it away.
"Come on. When was the last time we had sex? We haven't had sex in a week," she says moving her hand back to where it was.
"I'm tired," I say standing up. "You can sleep on the couch or.. go home... I don't care," I say.
I go upstairs and check each of the kid's bedrooms to make sure they're asleep before I go into my bedroom and take a shower in the bathroom connected.
When I get into the hot shower I bring my hand down to my dick and start pumping slowly.
I take a deep breath as I picture Meredith in that black dress she was wearing today.

After I finish showering I put on a pair of loose pair of boxers and get into bed.
A few as I'm half minutes later I feel someone get into bed next to me.
She wraps her arm around my waist and presses against my chest.
"Meredith?" I mumble in my sleep.
"What the hell?!" She says pulling away and slapping me. I sit up and see Rose.
"What the hell are you doing here? I thought I told you to go home!" I groan.
"Why can't I just stay the night? I'm literally your girlfriend," she says.
"Because I have kids and I don't want them getting the wrong idea. I'm not going to have you staying the night all the time and making them think you're their new mom. Just go home Rose," I say laying back down in bed.
"Who the hell is Meredith?" She says. "No one that concerns you," I say.
"Well, it concerns me as your girlfriend if you're saying another woman's name in your sleep!" She says.
"Just get the hell out Rose!" I yell. She stops and freezes for a bit before she gets out of bed and leaves.

The next morning I'm taking the kids to school. As I'm helping Avery into the car I see Meredith leave the house with Aaron.
She's wearing a tight dress that shows off the slight largeness of her swollen stomach.
She told me she wasn't pregnant. She told me it was a false positive.
"Daddy, are you gonna buckle me in?" I hear Avery's voice and I turn my attention back to her.
"Yes, of course, sweetie," I smile. I buckle her into her car seat.
"Why were you and Rose yelling last night?" She asks me.
"She wanted to sleep in my bed last night and I wanted to sleep alone, she got upset so I had to yell at her so she could leave," I say. She nods her head and I close the car door.
I get into the driver's seat and drive both of the kids to school.
Once the kids are at school I go to work. I have some time before my first surgery so I decide to go look for some files.
I found the filing cabinet where all the files are. I find the one with all of Dr. Deluca's patients and start looking through all the files with the last name starting with G.
I stop Meredith's file but before I can open it I hear someone call my voice from behind me.
"Shepherd, what the hell are you doing going through Dr. Deluca's patient records?" I hear Richard, the chief of surgery's voice.
"She um, she asked me to bring her one of her files," I say taking the right file and turning around to face him.
"She asked you? The head of neurology to get her OBGYN patient records?" He says.
"Yes," I say. "And which patient is that?" He says stepping forward to where he's standing in front of me.
He takes the file from my hand and reads through the file.
"Meredith Grey... Ellis Grey's daughter?" He asks. I nod. "I knew her when she was a little girl... you mentioned you were dating a Meredith... Are there any connections?" He asks.
"No, sir," I say. "Then why are you looking through your ex-girlfriend's patient records?" He says with anger in his voice.
"Dr. DeLuca asked for them," he says. "Stop lying to me shepherd and tell me the truth!" He yells.
"I think Meredith is pregnant with my baby but she denied it when she walked out of the hospital yesterday when I confronted her about it," I say.
"You're going through private patient records for personal reasons?" He says.
"Yes, sir," I say. "You're lucky I'm not firing your ass. You're suspended for two weeks," he says.
"But-" I say. "Don't make it three, get the hell out of here!" He says. I leave the room and go to the attending's lounge to get my things.
"What happened with you and the chief?" I hear roses voice behind me.
"Leave me alone Rose," I say grabbing my things and leaving.
"Do you want to talk about it?" She says. "No, leave me alone and get lost!" I yell at her leaving her in her place as I leave the hospital and go home.
