This is the story of all our reflections that lie in the mirrors within ourselves.
What is most important about a collection of poetries, is how you feel as you turn through the pages.
From leaving one's footprint, only to be washed away in the next monsoon, and be replaced by another we keep creating imprints in our lives.
This is a note to all those imprints we had, expressing our gratitude, to the ones we cherish, even to the ones we despise for it is to them what we are today.
What is poetry if not,
a dance to the fleeting emotions,
notes to the music of life,
a story of everything felt and told
yet still,
so many stories;
so very untold.
Of nights spent in solace
of people so much more.
curtains, closed in the theatre of dreams;
and films on rewind.
It smells so much out of our grasp;
yet still;
so very much of us.
