CHAPTER SIX: THE LETTER _____________________
Annalise was now under the care of Leora and Eugene Wright both of whom come from the Wizarding World, but fled from it due to what happened in the first Wizarding War. It was now July of 1993, the actual birthday month of Annalise.
Annalise was happy and didn't feel pressure to be perfect for once she felt she could do anything she wanted without being told what to do or being under a curse. Leora and Eugene enjoyed Annalise's and Amber's company, but they still found it strange that she had a pet fox. Annalise tried her best to hide her magical abilities but couldn't help herself use them once in a while when she was left home alone.
She did attend a muggle private school from January to June, Annalise didn't make many friends only thing is that she felt accepted by her classmates but nothing more. It was difficult for her to understand the Muggle World but with time she figured it out and did wonderful in school.
"Kid, are you ready?" Leora asked as she packed a few sandwiches inside the backpack.
"Yes, Leora just looking for my charm bracelet I can't seem to find it." She shouted as she was searching her room.
Eugene was about to put his shoe on and felt something taking it out, he "found it." He laughed as Annalise ran downstairs.
"Thank you," she said taking the bracelet. "It must have been Amber," she said looking down at Amber.
"Where is the chess board?" Asked Leora looking at Annalise and Eugene.
"Umm," Both said searching for it in the living room.
Amber began to pull the board from underneath the couch and Annalise grabbed it. "Thank you." She kissed her forehead picked her up and handed the board to Leora.
"Is everything closed?" Leora asked Eugene.
"I believe so." He said.
"I closed my windows and bedroom door," Annalise said as she sat on the couch waiting while having Amber in her lap and watching the news on the television that they had.
" Sirius Black has escaped, and the public is warned that Black is armed and extremely dangerous. A special hotline has been set up, and any sighting of Black should be reported immediately." the reporter on the television said this got the attention of all three of them.
"Black? Could he be a relative of Narcissa and Bellatrix?" Annalise thought to herself Black wasn't a really common name in the Muggle World but it could be possible. She was trying to connect the dots.
"Black escaped?!" Eugene said grabbing the controller and putting the volume up.
Annalise noticed Eugene and Leora's facial expressions, "do you guys know him?" She asked them.
